The area of rocky desertification in Karst is widely distributed in China,and is mainly concentrated in Southwest China.Among them,the area of Guizhou rocky desertification area ranks first among the provinces and regions of the country,and the ecological harm caused by rocky desertification to Guizhou is also the most serious.According to statistics,the area of Guizhou province's mildly rocky desertification area accounts for more than 20% of the land area in the province,and the area of rocky desertification in 13 county administrative areas accounts for more than 30%,and the rocky desertification grade of 9 county administrative regions is in strength and above.Nowadays,the ecological problem of rocky desertification has become the biggest obstacle to the development of Guizhou province.Since 1990 s,the treatment projects for rocky desertification in Southwest China have never stopped.By August 2004,the national development and Reform Commission promulgated the "advice on further improving the comprehensive management of rocky desertification in the southwest stone mountain area",and proposed five major engineering measures for the comprehensive treatment of rocky desertification,that is,the ecological restoration project.The basic farmland construction project,karst water development and utilization project,rural energy project and ecological migration project.By 2011,the comprehensive control project of rocky desertification was formally implemented.Based on the national "13th Five-Year" science and technology support program,this study selects two typical landform areas,Karst plateau mountains in Guizhou province and Karst plateau Canyon,namely,Guizhou Bijie salaxi demonstration area and Guizhou Guanling-Zhenfeng flower river demonstration area.Through the arrangement and analysis of the geographical data and thematic data of the study area,a reasonable evaluation factor is selected,a certain weight is set on each factor,and a set of scientific decision support index system is set up in order to realize the decision support for the development of the Karst rocky desertification project in the demonstration area which can play a suitable guiding role.Hold the system.The system was extended to the whole province of Guizhou,and played an important role in the management of rocky desertification in Guizhou province.(1)Taking ArcEngine component as the foundation of development,combining with Internet technology and GIS technology,using C# development language and.NET development environment to realize the integration and application of the integrated management of rocky desertification geoinformation system,the system realizes the management function of the compatible geospatial natural background data and the traditional social and economic multimedia data.At the same time,the system uses the Microsoft SQLServer 2008 database management software,the ArcSDE data engine,the ArcCatalog building tool,the basic information of the of Bijie-Salaxi demonstration area and Guanling-Zhenfeng Huajiang demonstration area in Guizhou province and the related information of the rock desertification control engineering configuration,using ASP.net technology and WindowsForm control,with SkinEngine,DevExpress and other controls to be optimized,completed the design and implementation of the information management and spatial analysis module of the decision support system for Karst rocky desertification control engineering.The system provides a friendly interface to facilitate human-computer interaction,and provides a variety of data query,analysis and support services for Karst's rocky desertification management.Using ASP.NET technology,Microsoft SQLServer 2008 database and IIS server to develop the social and economic information management system of rocky desertification area,including the personal information interface of the survey object,the information interface of the family members of the survey object,the information interface of the family economic status of the survey object,the system background data management interface,and the realization of the paging.Using XML and AJAX technology,we design the idea of layering and permissions.There are related information Open,add,delete,edit and use AJAX user authentication and so on.(2)It usually takes a lot of manpower and financial resources to collect the social and economic information in the rocky desertification area,and the rocky desertification area is rugged and the traffic is very inconvenient,which brings great difficulties to the social and economic investigation,and even poses a certain threat to the personal safety of the investigators.Therefore,if manual economic management of rocky desertification areas is still used manually,the comprehensive management of rocky desertification will be hindered.In order to improve the efficiency of social and economic investigation information collection,effective management of the social and economic information of rocky desertification,this study uses ASP.NET,XML and AJAX technology,uses Microsoft SQLServer 2008 database and IIS server to develop the social and economic information management system of rocky desertification area.In view of the different roles of the system personnel,the system design uses the idea of the design of permission allocation,and the functions of inquiring,adding,deleting and so on are realized,such as the personal information of the investigation object,the information of the family members of the investigation object,the information of the family economic status of the survey object,and the user authentication.(3)There are differences in natural environment,ecological environment and social environment in different Karst areas,so in the choice of rock desertification control project,a lot of manpower and material resources are used to investigate the local conditions,and then according to the results of investigation,this method is long.This study analyzes the natural background,ecological environment and social and economic conditions for the implementation of major rock desertification control projects,and selects 11 indicators as landform type,climate type and annual average temperature as decision factors for the implementation of rock desertification control projects.The weight of the policy factor is determined and corrected.Finally,the weighted superposition calculation of raster images is carried out in the system to get the results of decision support.At the same time,it is of great significance to guide and promote the decision support of the stone desertification control project in Guizhou province through the decision suitability of the stone desertification control project in the demonstration area.(4)In view of the shortage of scientific and technological top-level design and macro regulation and control,poor standard system of rocky desertification,general information island and lack of data management and utilization of multi source isomerism,the problems of national stone desertification control project are not limited,such as unified deployment,standard standard,co construction,intelligent decision making and service industry.Based on the study of spatial data acquisition and aggregation,representation model,information extraction and knowledge discovery mechanism,the basic idea is to break through the scientific problems and core technologies of complex spatio-temporal system model construction and quantitative analysis for the intelligent decision support system of ecologically derived industrialization,and to carry out remote sensing.Automatic identification and extraction of information,multi-source and multi-scale dynamic monitoring of rocky desertification,distributed multi-source heterogeneous data aggregation mechanism and model construction,dynamic data driven knowledge discovery model,mining algorithm design,large data platform construction and other major key technologies,integrated stone desertification control engineering body The existing supporting technologies of the system,monitoring system and management system are demonstrated in the rock desertification environment under the complex environment,different causes and different ecological economic structures in the demonstration area,and a large data decision support system based on the core of "data service value" is put forward and the intelligence based on large data is used for the management of the project.Decision support system provides information technology support.
