With the large number applications of high-strength steel in automobile panel,the related research field of high-strength steel panel stamping is also increasingly hot.Automobile panel is an important part of the whole vehicle which occupies about one third of the whole R & D cycle and costs more than 70%.Therefore,automobile panel plays a decisive role.However,due to the material properties of high-strength steel,high-strength steel sheet faces such problems as cracking,wrinkling and springback during stamping.Even so,the application of high-strength steel to automotive structural parts has advantages that ordinary steel cannot match,so it is of great practical significance for the research of high-strength steel automobile panel.This paper is based on the research of A column reinforced plate,focusing on its stamping process and springback problem,the main research contents are as follows:(1)The A column reinforced plate is selected from DP780 high-strength steel as material.Analyse the stamping characteristics of the parts and determine the process plan.The drawing,trimming and flanging & shaping processes are designed according to the corresponding technical guidelines.At the same time,the whole process numerical simulation is carried out in the finite element simulation software AutoForm.According to the results,the formability,the maximum thinning rate and the springback after the sheet metal stamping are analyzed.(2)The quality of the forming of the final product is directly affected by the forming quality of the sheet metal after drawing.In the process of orthogonal test of the A column reinforced plate drawing,the proportion of the safety area,the maximum material thickness and the minimum material thickness are the most appropriate indexes to judge the quality of the drawing parts,the height and radius of drawbead,the lateral radius and clearance of the groove are selected as the influencing factors.Through the analysis and induction of the orthogonal test data,the optimal combination of the stamping process parameters is determined and the simulation results are verified that the good forming quality effect of the drawing parts is obtained.(3)Aiming at the prominent springback problem of A column reinforced plate,analyse the parts in the CAE simulation in each sequence of springback size and distribution firstly.The CAD aided design function of ThinkDesign is used to compensate the die surface and get the expected theoretical results.Finally,the parts are actually stamped and tested by checking tools and three coordinate measuring instruments to verify the actual effect of springback compensation.
