With the development of the auto industry, the springback defect of the formed autobody panel becomes more intractable, which gets to be the interest of both auto industry and academia, Consequently, the prediction and control of the springback becomes one of the hottest and most difficult subjects in autobody manufacturing.Key techniques of sheet metal forming and springback simulation are expounded such as finite element method, element type and mesh generation method,seletion of element formula ,material model,springback simulation method etc.Springback is one of the primary forming defects of autobody panel. It is researched the simulation parameters to the influence of sprinback by this. Bsed on the U-shaped panel stamping process numerical simulation experiment, we researched the 2-technology parameter (blank holder force, the condition of lubrication and friction) and 2 material parameter (different material, sheet thickness) to the influence of springback. And orthogonal design of experiment is applied to qualitatively studying the relationship between the 4 forming parameters.This paper provides method of compute springback with 2-D section method. It can get 3-D springback more accurately in some simple panel. It makes the springback compensation to the springback face by the surface mapping and fitting. And compare the simulation and product.It make some research to get better data of springback to flange and make the direct and security compensation by the LS-DYNA.Because it maybe occur to agreement or different of the amount of springback on the spring-face after the process of flange, so, it make a deal of research and deal with it in detail. For irregularly and distortion in springback of high-strength steel, we can control the springback very well through modification of module face and technics-supplement in effect .It is very useful to control the springback of high-strength steel.The forming techniques theories and methods are provided in the analysis .By the test of representative parts, they are applied in industry to solve technical problems. It is significant to improve quality, reduce the cost and cycle for dies developing.
