With the development of science and technology and the needs of the field of electronic and artificial intelligence,the application conditions of sensor components have higher requirements.This requires not only the sensor components to have good response to the changes in the external environment,but also to have good flexibility and processing characteristics.Traditional electronic components such as inorganic semiconductors(Si)and metal materials(Cu)cannot meet the requirements.Therefore,conductive silicone rubber composites as sensitive materials have become the focus of research.In this paper,the conductive silicone rubber composites with different filler contents were prepared by using solution blending method and mechanical blending method with carbon black and graphene as conductive fillers.The surface structure and dispersibility of the fillers as well as the conductivity and piezoresistive properties of the composites were studied.And through the synergistic effect of carbon black and graphene,further improve the electrical properties of the composite material.The main research contents and results of the paper are as follows:(1)Conductive silicone rubber composites were prepared by solution blending and mechanical blending,respectively,and the effects of the two processes on the conductive properties of the composites were investigated.It was found that the conductivity of the conductive silicone rubber composites prepared by the solution blending method had better conductivity when the conductive filler content was less.(2)The graphene was modified with silane coupling agent(KH550)and dopamine,respectively.Characterization and analysis of two methods of modification.On the basis of this,the graphene/silicone rubber composites were prepared.The volume resistivity of the composite was abruptly changed when the graphene content reached 4.0wt% of the permeation threshold.At the same time,4wt% graphene-filled composites exhibited better piezoresistive properties and piezoresistive repeatability.(3)Carbon black was surface modified with silane coupling agent(KH550)and grafted onto the surface.On the basis of this,the carbon black/silicone rubber composites were prepared.The composite shows good pressure resistance when the carbon black content reached 2.0wt% of the permeation threshold.(4)In order to obtain a better piezoresistive composite,Carbon black/graphene/silicone rubber composite was prepared by using carbon black and graphene as composite fillers.It was found that the volume resistivity of the composite was abruptly changed when the graphene content was 1wt% and the carbon black content was 1.5wt%.And the composite had good repeatability of piezoresistive properties...
