With the development of China's economy entering the new era,the main contradiction of the society has been transformed,and the enterprise as the main supply side faces new challenges and opportunities.Can provide high quality products and services of the enterprise,to meet the demands of the development of the new era,and to provide quality products and services,it is necessary to build up the modern corporate governance system,in the modernization of management system of human resource management is one of the key elements of performance appraisal in human resources management is a very important content.The human resource status of the enterprise represents the core competitiveness to a certain extent,and any enterprise that wants to become a big and strong enterprise must attach great importance to it.In recent years,the party and the state have promoted the market to play a decisive role in the allocation of resources,and the market is more open and transparent,and the competition pressure of enterprises is increasing.If an enterprise wants to survive in fierce competition of the target market and development,in addition to achieve a certain scale of operation,have corresponding capital and technical strength,must also have a group of outstanding talent,is accord with the actual development needs of enterprises excellent human resource management system.If an enterprise can explore an excellent human resource management system that is suitable for its own reality,it can fully stimulate the enthusiasm of employees and help motivate employees.Optimizing the allocation of enterprise human resources,and constantly introduce and cultivate talents needed,effectively improve the quantity and quality of talents,reserves sufficient human resources,can realize the goal of strategic development and work plan for the enterprise to provide the fundamental guarantee.Performance appraisal is the important work of human resource management and the core content of performance appraisal system.Research based on the enterprise strategic target management as the breakthrough point,through the questionnaire survey method,using comparative analysis,in-depth analysis of X mining status and characteristics of performance appraisal system of the company,put forward feasible improvement scheme,design a new performance appraisal system.Is the logical train of thought of this article,the first study in the same industry and similar industries more successful case of enterprise,the implementation of performance management on the basis of modern performance management theory,find the X mining company,the main problems existing in current performance management,further analyze the cause of the problem,and with reference to the company strategic development planning,the present situation and trend,guiding X mining companies to optimize and improve the performance management system and combining with the actual specific improvement scheme is put forward,put forward measures to ensure the performance management system effective operation.In this paper,we give improved scheme mainly includes: to establish the X mining company strategic target responsibility system,the establishment of a scientific and reasonable index evaluation,reasonable division of the inspection period,enlarge the application scope of the assessment results,etc.,through optimization and improve the existing performance management system and eventually to build a comprehensive,scientific and practical performance management system.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part,introduction.This paper introduces the background and significance of this research,and briefly states the main research content and frame of thought.The second part is the basic concept and theoretical basis of performance appraisal.From the basic theory of performance evaluation at home and abroad,summarized theory of performance management of the main achievements in recent years,the analysis of common tools and methods of performance management work,summing up the advantages and disadvantages of different methods,summarizes the basic steps in their operation.The third part is the analysis of performance appraisal of X mining company.Analyze and study the status quo of the performance management system of X mining company,find out the main problems and deficiencies,and analyze the reasons deeply.The fourth part,based on the objective management of X mining company performance appraisal system design.Establish a mining company X target management oriented performance appraisal management system,target management study,the company's strategic development target breaks down positions and development for the staff and work target,take measures to make employees understand company strategy target and business objectives,on the basis of staff motivation,give full play to the potential of work,completes the labor of duty,bring more value for the company value.The fifth part is the operation guarantee of performance appraisal.From the performance appraisal process,matter and afterwards the three aspects of advance,combined with the actual X mining company proposed targeted measures to ensure effective implementation performance evaluation system,work well.The sixth part,conclusion and prospect.This paper summarizes the research results of this paper and makes necessary explanations for the problems and shortcomings.
