In recent years,the world economic market competition is increasingly fierce,all walks of life are trying to innovate and change,and strive to occupy more space in the surging market.If enterprises want to achieve real innovation,they need to start from the inside and carry out from the inside out,in order to ensure that the enterprises can achieve real and thorough optimization.For LX Company,the urgent problen,is performance appraisal management Question.As the backbone of enterprise development,middle-level managers are the planners and executors of enterprise strategy,and can play an important role.Based on the theoretical research of perfonnance appraisal at home and abroad,this paper takes LX Company as an example to study the performance appraisal of middle-level managers.This paper analyzes the current situation of performance appraisal in LX Company by means of questionnaire survey and interview.It is found that there are some problems in the performance appraisal,such as unfair appraisal results,unreasonable performance appraisal indicators,inadequate feedback and improvement of performance appraisal,and asymmetric appiaisal objectives.By analyzing the causes of the problems,the paper redesigns the assessment process,formulates the performance evaluation index,calculates the weight of each index,refines the assessment standard,and standardizes the implementation and guarantee of the assessment scheme.It ensures the implementation of LX Company’s performance appraisal scheme from four aspects of organization guarantee,system guarantee,personnel guarantee and material guarantee.The formulation of the new performance appraisal scheme strengthens the application of performance appraisal feedback and performance management results,and realizes the closed cycle assessment process.The right to appeal and feedback is given to the middle-level managers in the assessgment,so that they can fully participate in the performance management,so as to improve the ability and quality of middle-level managers,and lay a solid toundation for loetter realization of the purpose of performance appraisal.
