Nitrogen-contaning heterocycles are a common class of compounds,among which carbazoles are particularly important.Their specificity allows the compounds to interact with various receptors in the body through hydrogen bonds,coordinate bonds,or van der Waals forces.As a result,carbazole compounds have a wide range of biological activities and have become important research subjects for organic chemists and drug synthesis workers.In addition,carbazole compounds are also used in materials and geophysics because of their multiple advantages such as good rigid conjugate plane,strong intramolecular electron transfer ability,high fluorescence quantum yield,and easy processing.Needles and other fields have also been widely used.The study of the synthesis and application of carbazole compounds has become a hot research direction.This dissertation mainly studies the synthesis of 3-substituted hydrazines and arylformylaldehydes,and the synthesis methods for the synthesis of polysubstituted carbazole compounds by one-pot Friedel's Friedel-Crafts reaction.The paper is mainly divided into three chapters.In the first chapter,we reviewed the application fields and synthesis methods of carbazole compounds,and proposed the starting point of our research in view of the existing research situations.At present,the synthesis method of carbazole is mainly constructed by C-N bond or C-C bond,such as Fischer-Borsche synthesis,cyclization,and transition metal catalysis.Due to these methods have different degrees of defects.Therefore,in recent years,people have begun to study new organic catalytic synthesis methods to synthesize compounds in an efficient and environmentally friendly manner.The second chapter puts forward the specific research topics,describes the research process of the subject in detail,discusses the experimental results produced,discusses the possible course of reaction and the application of methodology.As an organic raw material that is often used in synthetic methodologies,3-vinylanthra-quinone not only has good reaction properties in itself,but its synthesized compounds also have important uses in various aspects.In this paper,we mainly study the design of a tandem reaction of carbazole and its derivatives catalyzed by a simple Bronsted acid to produce a multi-step reaction including intermolecular nucleophilic addition,substitution and intramolecular cyclization.The method has good substrate adaptability,and 32 2-carbazole substituted carbazole derivatives were synthesized with good yield,and poly(1,4-carbazole)was prepared for the first time.The third chapter provides the equipment,consumables,and detailed test procedures used during the research of the project,and provides NMR,high-resolution mass spectrometry and other characterization data for the new compounds.The physical properties and optical properties of poly(1,4-carbazole)were analyzed by UV spectroscopy,fluorescence spectroscopy,DSC,and TGA.
