Shaanxi Y Petroleum Enterprise Contract Management Research

In recent years,under multiple pressures of energy crisis,environmental crisis and falling oil prices,the oil industry has become increasingly competitive.Contract management has become a key issue in the research of Chinese petroleum enterprises because of its key role in safeguarding the interests of enterprises and promoting the industry norms.Under the increasingly severe situation,Chinese petroleum enterprises still have a lot of deficiencies in contract management.As a large state-owned enterprise of the province,the contract management of Shaanxi Y petroleum enterprise is typical of Chinese petroleum enterprises.It is of guiding significance to study the contract management of Chinese petroleum enterprises.First of all,this article contract management at home and abroad on the basis of literature review,through practical investigation to analyze the Shaanxi Y petroleum enterprise contract management of the status quo,using system analysis method,questionnaire method,put forward the enterprise in the contract stage,stage of the contract,after the contract to perform the main problems existing in such aspects,through the main problems of Shaanxi Y petroleum contract management forms and consequences,is proposed to solve the key problem is put forward.Secondly,from three aspects: the state,enterprise,employees,and in combination with the practical cases of the enterprise,analysis of national policies and regulations,business system,contract,contract execution,cooperative enterprise decision-makers,influence factors such as their own particularity of Shaanxi Y petroleum contract management the influence of the key problems,summarize the cause of the key issues.Thirdly,according to the main influencing factor of the key issues,from establishing and perfecting the system of contract management system,improve contract management personnel quality,improve the quality of the cooperative enterprise three aspects put forward the corresponding improvement measures.Finally,according to the implementation effect of the improvement measures.The research results of this paper have some reference value to solve the actual problems of Chinese petroleum enterprises contract management and improve the level of contract management.
