The process of loading and transportation is the core of the production in the open-pit mine,which directly affects the production output of mines and the economic benefits of enterprises.The measurement of the production efficiency of truck and shovel has always been a problem to be solved in the mine production management.In order to make full use of the production capacity of truck and shovel and mobilize the enthusiasm of the production personnel,it is necessary to accurately measure the production efficiency of the truck and shovel,optimize the organization and management of open-pit mining,loading and transport equipment,improve the refinement and quantitative management level,so as to maximize the benefits of the company.The main contents of the research are as follows:(1)According to the analysis of the influencing factors of the truck and shovel production efficiency and the evaluation parameters of mining equipment production efficiency,the measurement index of the truck and shovel production efficiency is determined from two aspects.Truck and shovel equipment use efficiency measurement based on the OEE theory and truck and shovel work efficiency measurement method based on the LBS were analyzed..and proposing the production efficiency measurement method of the truck and shovel in the open-pit mine,and the measurement method of the production efficiency of the truck and shovel in the open-pit mine is proposed.(2)Based on the analysis of the matching relationship between the ratio of truck size to bucket size and the ratio of trucks to shovels,the determination principle and optimization method of truck and truck size and number selection are proposed.On this basis,a mathematical analysis method is used to establish a truck-shovel optimization configuration model that can matche the production capacity of the equipment.A method for optimizing the production efficiency of open pit mining truck and shovel was put forward.(3)on the basis of the research on the measurement and optimization method of the production efficiency of the open pit mining truck and shovel,a truck and shovel production efficiency management and control system based on LBS integration technology is constructed.The overall architecture and the hardware deployment as well as the software design content of the system are are analyzed in detail with the application of the software engineering ideas,and the concrete develop process of the open-pit mine truck and shovel production efficiency control system is elaborated.(4)In view of the actual demand for the management of the truck and shovel production efficiency in the Inner Mongolia G open-pit mine,according to the proposed measurement and optimization methods of the truck-shovel production efficiency and the application results of the truck-shovel production efficiency control system in the mine,the effectiveness of the measurement and optimization methods of the production efficiency of the truck and shovel and the system are analyzed.The application and analysis results of the systems in the G open-pit mine show that the truck and shovel production efficiency measurement and optimization method which put forward by applying the OEE efficiency theory and the LBS integrated technology and the management and control system can be used to complete the accurate measurement of the truck and shovel production efficiency,and it enables the modernization of management of the truck and shovel equipment in the mining enterprise,and it has a certain extension and application value.
