With the progress of human civilization,environmental protection has become the focus of attention of the entire society.Due to the aging of equipment and the increase of production load,the flue gas generated during the coal charging operation of a coal charging and dust removal system of a modern steel enterprise cannot be completely captured,and the Mars contained in the smoke cannot be eliminated effectively,which seriously affected the safe and efficient production of coke ovens,and it also poses a threat to the environment.Based on existing ground dry dedusting equipment of the modern steel company,this article analyzes the existing dust removal technology and improves the design of existing dust removal equipment,to improve the dust removal efficiency of coal loading and dedusting,make coal loading and dedusting safe,and have a higher level of automation.The specific research is mainly reflected in the following aspects:Improved design of the smoke trap system.Analyze the causes,operating rules,main components,control types,etc.of the coal dust loading and dedusting.Aiming at the problem of easy deformation of the flue gas trapping device,the flue gas trapping device has been improved in material and structure.By studying the mechanism of Mars formation and the control measures of Mars contained in flue gas,the Mars trap was improved,and the flow field of the improved Mars trap was analyzed to verify the effectiveness of the Mars trap.The Martian trap rate has been increased from 90% to98%,solved the hidden danger of Mars adsorbing onto the dust bag and burning the dust bag after Mars entered the bag filter.Improved design of flue gas purification system.The function and influence of theflue gas cleaning device were compared and analyzed.The working principle of the bag filter was introduced in detail.Comprehensively affecting various factors of bag-bag dust removal efficiency,a bughouse precipitator airflow plate was rationally designed,and flow analysis was performed on the bughouse precipitator to verify the effectiveness of the airflow plate.The spraying technology before the flue gas enters the bag filter was improved,and coke powder and lime powder were reasonably selected as the pre-spraying substance.At the same time,the reasons for the easy leakage of the dust bag were analyzed.A rapid bag damage detection device was designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the bag damage detection.The automatic ash conveying system was studied.The ash handling system,lifter,scraper,and ash storage buckets were proposed.On the basis of the original PLC system,I/O equipment was added,the level of ash conveying automation was improved,and the operating efficiency of the ash conveying system was increased by 20%.Based on the original dust removal equipment,the design and construction process flow was improved,and the original components were replaced with the improved components.The actual operation results show that the entire coal dust removal system is designed and improved reasonably.Solved the problem of the environmental pollution caused by smoke leakage and the potential safety hazards of Mars in the smoke system.
