The bolt drilling rig is also called anchoring rig during the construction of the project.It is one of the most important construction equipments in the bolt supporting project,and the selection of bolt drilling rig also greatly influences the speed and support of the supporting work.quality.The bolt supporting project not only greatly improved the supporting effect but also reduced the support cost.It has obvious advantages in improving the tunnel cross-section rate and the lane speed.Based on the research and analysis of bolting rigs on the market,this article analyzes and summarizes the development status of bolt drilling rigs at home and abroad,and points out the problems faced by bolt drilling rigs at present,and the parameters of the power head mechanism for rotary rock bolt drilling rigs.Setup and structural design are studied.1)Through the analysis of rock physical properties,mechanical properties and rock breaking mechanism,the rock drilling principle of rotary impact hydraulic rockbolt drilling rig power head is studied;2)Hydraulic rock bolt drilling rig impact is established based on wave dynamics and impact dynamics The impact dynamics model of the system,and formulated the performance index of the impact mechanical system and the characteristic parameters of the power head of the bolt drill;3)The basic structure of the two parts of the impact mechanism and the rotary mechanism of the power head of the rotary impact hydraulic bolt drilling rig Design and calculation and computer-aided technology for three-dimensional modeling of the key parts of these two parts;4)Use finite element software ANSYS to perform finite element analysis on the bolts and pistons of the core components of the bolt drill power head;5)Finally,hydraulic pressure The bolt drilling machine's impact mechanism simplifies the model and mathematical modeling of each movement state,and simulates and analyzes the hydraulic motor arrangement problem of the slewing system,obtaining some regularity understanding.Through the research work and results of this paper,we provide reference for the research and development of the power head of the bolt drilling rig in the later period.
