Wellhead blowout device is the main part of well control system, meanwhile it isessential equipment of safe operation. Because of the rapid economic development, thedemand for oil and gas is increased greatly. The domestic research work is striving to increasethe production of well control equipment, and has achieved significant results. Compared withthe production wellhead of American, domestic equipment in the international market is stillat a disadvantage position in the type, performance and technology content and so on. Thetext mainly has carried on the risk factors identification to wellhead device and used greyfuzzy analysis aiming at the risk factors. According to the analysis results, the text adopts thesimulation on the vulnerable parts and strengthens safety management.Identify the Risk factors mainly from four aspects including human, machine,environment and management and point out that the equipment of the cause of the problem.According to the influence factors of the cause of the problem, grey correlation analysismodel is established, after that the text analyzed the grey fuzzy model for blowout accidentcaused by wellhead failures. In the end, reach the weight value of each influence factors toblowout accident.On the basis of the weight value, aiming at the wellhead equipment, the text used thetraditional finite element simulation analysis for vulnerable components of Shell and thesealing element. Has obtained the analysis results of type O sealing ring in differentcompression ratio and working under pressure and also has concluded the simulation analysisresults of FZ18-35ram preventer shell separately in two working conditions.The traditional finite element simulation analysis is based on determined value ofinfluence factors, and then ignored the stochastic and indeterminate of parameter. In thisthesis, all of the shell’s parameters are analyzed by statistical method, and create reliabilitymodel of multiple random factors by using Monte-Carlo simulation method, and then predict the security and reliability of the shell. From that we get the sensitive figure, we can get theweight of every of random factors by analyzing sensitive figure.In the paper, compare that two types of finite element simulation analysis, and enrich thefactors that influence equipment reliability. The means is suitable for other mechanicalequipments and has a good practicability. Except that to guarantee equipment reliability isimportant, above all is equipment safety management, only in this way we can essentiallyreduce the probability of the accident...
