Accordingly,The development of economic construction,the demand of industrial emulsion explosive is increasing day by day.The production process of emulsion explosive has basically realized the automation upgrade,but the intelligentization of packaging process has much room for improvement.In order to solve the problem that the traditional mechanized packing line of industrial emulsion explosive is difficult to expand in volume,a machine vision and industrial robot cooperation,assisted by a variety of jigs,is proposed to complete the packing process of the coils efficiently and flexibly.In this paper,the operation sequence of the equidistant coils and empty tanks on the coiling conveyer is optimized.Firstly,the physical effect after the process of package in emulsion explosive roll is analyzed,the task of on-line identification and positioning is defined,and the specific requirements of machine vision system are determined.According to the requirement content,the lighting scheme of machine vision system is designed.An upstream machine vision system is established for industrial explosive packaging process.According to the equidistance arrangement and random material shortage,the working area of the manipulator is divided into the middle feeding area and the downstream packing area,which are finished by two groups of manipulator.Secondly,the target recognition algorithm is designed by using the backlight of the side hole and the combination of the strip light source and the medicine coil image collected by the two kinds of light sources in the fie ld.In order to segment the foreground background of the image by iterative Ostu threshold method in the environment of the combined light source,the coordinate set of the equidistant distribution of the drug coil can be obtained by the rectangular location method.At the same time,coordinate alignment of the empty tank is carried out.According to the actual production process of industrial explosive volume and air trough in the transmission process are arranged,a cartridge,empty trough coordinates and the corresponding explosive rolls,the mapping model between empty trough encoding;with minimal mechanical hand loading,maximum arrangement sequence change rate,minimum effective working time optimization to function;in the elitist non dominated sorting genetic algorithm(NSGA-11)process according to the particularity of feeding process into the normal distribution of crossover and approximate ranking based on fuzzy mathematics,the global optimal packet card quick search to roll the final state of the solution set sequence,so as to obtain the feeding sequence and the optimal time The optimal running speed of the conveyor belt in the section.The results of this study show that the proposed strategy is feasible and efficient under the NSGA-? model.The results show that the model can improve the sorting efficiency in local time when the distribution of drug coil is not ideal.Finally,a explosive rolls recognition and location system is developed based on Visual Studio 2010 and OpenCV library.The feasibility and timeliness of explosive rolls sequence optimization algorithm are verified by the simulation of MATLAB experimental platform.
