Research on molecules,ions,and environmental parameters in cells has always been an important method for cognitive cells.Fluorescent probes for biological imaging have been a popular means of studying the function and structure of cells.Although many fluorescent probes for measuring molecular,ionic,and environmental parameters in cells have been reported,the stability,specificity,and other aspects of most fluorescent probes are still problematic.Therefore,new molecules for test cells are designed and synthesized.Fluorescent probes such as ion and environmental parameters are of great significance.1.The fluorescent probe NC-SO2 was synthesized using aza-coumarin and benzothiazole with good properties.Through spectral measurements,the fluorescence emission peaks before and after the action of NC-SO2 and SO2 derivatives shifted from 680nm to 569 nm,and this method was used to establish a method for the detection of SO2derivatives.And the ratio of the fluorescence intensity before and after the interaction F569 nm/F680 nm and the concentration of the SO2 derivative have a linear relationship.The response of the NC-SO2 to the SO2 derivative is very rapid,and the reaction is complete within 10 minutes after adding 1 times the amount of HSO3-.NC-SO2 can work normally under physiological pH conditions,and the fluorescence emission spectrum is not affected by other interference ions.At the same time,NC-SO2 has a live cell permeability and is used for cell imaging,and can specifically stain and image mitochondria.2.Design and synthesis of rotor-type fluorescent probes Vis-M and Vis-F using dimethylaminobenzene.The maximum emission peak of the fluorescent probe?595 nm?increases with the solution viscosity,and the fluorescence intensity increases significantly.The pure glycerol system can be enhanced by more than 80 times,and the fluorescence intensity and the logarithm of the viscosity have a linear relationship.Vis-M and Vis-F are immune to pH and polarity.Biomolecules such as proteins and amino acids do not interfere with Vis-M and Vis-F.Vis-M and Vis-F have viable cell permeability.Etoposide-induced apoptosis can be used to monitor cell viscosity changes in real time,and specific staining and imaging of mitochondria can be performed.
