Volatile organic compounds(VOCs)are one of the important sources of industrial odor pollution.Paper in some automobile manufacturing enterprise as the research object,choose 17 vent pollution source in the plant and eight factory bound and sensitive residential environment air as the smell the sampling points of the sample,respectively,using the triangle odor bag and SUMMA to odor sampling of samples;Comparison with olfactometry and chemical analysis instrument,qualitatively and quantitatively analysis of gas samples of odor concentration,material type and concentration of VOCs;According to the "principle of 28",the detection frequency of the odorous VOCs species was used as the basis to screen the characteristics of the air pollution in the factory area and the environmental air in the factory and sensitive areas.Follow the screening principle of the typical stinky VOCs species,identify the typical stinky VOCs species in the sensitive areas and analyze their sources;Using headspace sampling method,coatings for qualitative analysis of the automobile manufacturing enterprise,the coating composition and stench vent pollution source in the plant species of VOCs,grasp the factory stench of vent pollution sources of VOCs species;We also discussed the correlation between the sensory olfactory measurement and the analytical results of chemical instrument analysis-subjective psychological quantity and objective physical quantity.In the end,the whole process is integrated to provide the prevention and treatment of odorous pollution to the automobile manufacturers,so as to reduce the generation and emission of the odorous VOCs species.The results show that the odor concentrations of all vent stacks in the original equipment manufacturing plant and the engine plant were below the criterion level,those of the plant boundaries in the engine plant are below the limits,and those of the plant boundaries and sensitive spots in the original equipment manufacturing plant exceeded the allowed standards.A total of 54 VOCs species were identified,including aromatic hydrocarbon,halogenated hydrocarbon,alkane,alkene,cycloalkanes,ketone,esters,ether,alcohols,sulfur compounds and oxygen ring compounds.The characteristics of the vent pollution source in the plant species of VOCs include: partial three toluene,three toluene,ethyl toluene,styrene,p-xylene,m-xylene,ethyl benzene,benzyl chloride,ethyl chloride,methyl bromide,1,2-dichloropropane,1,1,2-trifluoro-1,2,2-trichloroethane,2,2,4-trimethylpentane,n-hexane,cyclohexane,acetone and methyl tertiary butyl ether,a total of 17 kinds of substance;Factory bound and sensitive residential environment characteristics of air vent VOCs species include not only the factory pollution characteristics of VOCs species except methyl bromide in the other 16 kinds of VOCs species,also including the methylene chloride,n-heptane,1,3-butadiene,propylene,butadiene,methyl isobutyl ketone,ethyl acetate,vinyl acetate,isopropyl alcohol,1,4-epoxy butane that 10 kinds of VOCs species.The typical stinky VOCs species in the sensitive residential areas are 1,3-butadiene,which is the source of the 11 exhaust gas cylinder in the coating workshop of the vehicle factory.The most odorous VOCs species in the factory area are the most odorous VOCs species,including 1,3-butadiene.And the composition of the coating only detected chlorine,not detected fluorine,bromine these two halogens;Therefore,from the three aspects of source reduction,process control and terminal processing,the author puts forward some Suggestions and measures for the prevention and treatment of malodorous pollution.(1)source reduction: adopt environment-friendly low-VOCs coating,such as waterborne coatings,powder coatings,and high solid separation coatings to replace traditional organic solvent coatings.(2)process control: reduce the use of organic solvents such as fluorine,chlorine and bromine in the process of coating.(3)terminal treatment: after adopting higher processing efficiency regenerative direct combustion system(RTO),further treatment of halogens such as fluorine,chlorine and bromine should be further strengthened.The correlation between odor concentration and TVOC concentration and theoretical odor concentration is very poor,which indicates that the interaction and interaction between components in the malodorous mixture are not negligible.
