Reserch On Reconstructing Investment Management System Of Kailuan Group From The Perspective Of Capital

This paper reviews and comments on the domestic and foreign current research situation of investment management theory and investment control model of Enterprise group,and based on the in-depth investigation and analysis of the managing capital mainly reform of state-owned enterprises,using case comparison analysis and theory combining with practical research methods,from the angle of managing capital view,the paper studies the reconstruction of the investment Management system of Kailuan Group,aiming at reconstructing the investment management system of efficiency and effectiveness,and providing constructive proposals and suggestions for speeding up the transformation and development of enterprises and constructing the competitive and influential enterprise groups in the modern industrial system.First of all,this paper expounds the research background,significance and research status at home and abroad.Then introduced the connotation of investment,investment management,managing capital and the investment management system,on this basis,this paper expounds the related theories of investment management,such as capital investment decision theory,information asymmetry and principal-agent theory,corporate governance theory,risk budgeting theory and portfolio theory.Secondly,this article introduces the basic general situation of Kailuan group,and the industrial layout and the current organization management structure and the operation of the investment Management system,analyzes the main problems existing in the current investment management,and makes a careful study and analysis on the motives of reconstructing the investment Management system of Kailuan group.Finally,this paper sums up the experience of domestic and foreign enterprise group investment management model and Singapore Temasek investment control model,as well as the experience of COFCO state-owned capital investment company reform model case.Based on the current managing capital deepening of state-owned enterprise reform,and based on the actual situation of Kailuan Group,this paper designs the idea,principle,overall plan,implementation route arrangement,specific safeguards and suggestion of the reconstruction of Kailuan group’s investment Management system from the perspective of managing capital.
