Research On The Optimization Of Working Capital Management Of ZJ Group

Many studies believe that the management of working capital of group companies should not be limited to the research of business process,but to consider the financial cooperation of members in group from a more comprehensive perspective.With the economic transforming and reform deepening of the group company,the combination of industrial capital and financial capital has been widely recognized,and the related research on the working capital management has become a research hotspot.It is considered that the ability of the group company to deal with the risk of working capital can be enhanced,relying on the optimization of working capital management based on the combination of industrial capital and financial capital.On the basis of literature review and related theories,this paper further analyzes the mechanism and optimization path of the combination of industrial capital and financial capital on working capital management.Based on this,through the case research of the ZJ group,it is intended to provide a new researchperspective and experience for the working capital management of the group company.ZJ Group,as a one of large gold group in China,vigorously promotes the combination of industrial capital and financial capital based on the company’s transformation and development needs and the unique attributes of gold,and has a growing trend.Combining the theoretical research results,this paper carried out a more in-depth investigation and research on ZJ group,aiming at the analysis of the current situation,the problems and causes of working capital management under the combination of industrial capital and financial capital of ZJ group,at last,put forward the working capital management optimization strategy of ZJ group.Through theoretical and case analysis,the conclusions are summarized as follows: the first,the combination of industrial capital and financial capital of group companies has an important impact on working capital management.Under the background of the combination of industrial capital and financial capital,the original concept and mode of working capital management cannot meet the needs of the development of the group,and the influence of the combination of industrial capital and financial capital must be fully considered to the optimization of working capital management.Secondly,the construction of working capital management system based on the combination of industrial capital and financial capital is the key to solve the problem.The objectives,the functions and the safeguards should be included in the working capital management system.The group’s goal-oriented of working capital strategic management,business processes,organizational management and risk control is the core functional system,and the capital management information and staff training is an important guarantee system.Thirdly,the optimization path of the core management function of working capital of group mainly includes: capital intensification based on finance company,risk control and business process.
