According to the international space station.In the existing models of the Space experiment tank and the ark of the model experiments of our country is developing on the basis of the article with the reality of our country spaceflight and characteristics,put forward and carried out the concept of folding light rack space experiment design,make it has the advantages of light quality to take up the space is little.This experiment ark pre-research project is put forward for the first time folding space concept: compression packaged upward in orbit,project complete folding parts,lagging load installation components,cooling system,envelope structure,drive system,and the rest of the support structure design and preliminary selection.The use of lightweight materials do key moving parts are the main test analysis.Fold the key components of experimental ark according to the service condition in view of the study on application of joint parts material,this pre-study product for the first time to use magnesium alloy(ZK61M)as the backing material as a key active components for weight reduction design application,combined with the characteristics of its material,analyzes its possible failure factors for magnesium alloy oxidation corrosion and moving parts wear affects the transmission accuracy,leading to can't synchronous lifting a jammed state,so to include magnesium substrate materials,magnesium alloy surface nickel plated sample,ark service according to the experiment conditions,studies the influence to the requirement of material.Were conducted,including the basic properties of the material,mechanical properties test,structure analysis,surface hardness and bonding strength measurement,test coating characterization analysis,after oxidation corrosion research,the sliding friction and wear test sample and the samples after the wear and tear.Experiments show that ZK61 M magnesium had appropriate mechanics performance and it substrate materials under different rotational speed of friction coefficient were 0.341,0.303,0.305,0.301,and the magnesium alloy surface nickel plating materials friction coefficients were 0.41,0.35,0.355,0.37,the magnesium alloy plating nickel material is a good way to protect the body material to prevent oxidation,corrosion and wear,effectively reduce the substrate material damage.After wear and tear of the material under different conditions respectively,the measurement of friction coefficient and wear rate,wear section and the analysis of the wear surface observation its speed at 166 r/min(i.e.crank input speed of 3 r/s)by the use of the material which has the best performance.
