Taking a general-purpose fixture of vibration test-bed as the main research object, this paper introduces domestic and international research status of vibration test fixture and trend of its development, describes the finite element method in structural dynamic design application situation, and give a research of the application of fixture design standard,typical fixture design method,design steps and some problems needing attention. According to the requirements of project, using computer aided design, established the vibration fixture on the three-dimensional finite element modeling, and according to the test fixture in the use of vibration bench for its finite element model, simulated the boundary conditions of the simulation. By using Ansys finite element analysis software for the fixture of the modal analysis, calculation and frequency response, the fixture structure was repeated revised. In the process of revision, considering influence on responsed-frequency of the overall structure and hight of the fixture, calculate the responsed-frequency of each order after the parameters changed. Ultimately get the best structure model of responsed-frequency corresponding, so as to achieve the purpose of guiding structure design. Through practical vibration test, the responsed-frequency of revised model are closed to the responsed-frequency of design state and can meet the requirements. The resonanced-frequency of integral structure of the correction vibration fixture model are 1318Hz.
