The excess of gas concentration is one of the main causes of gas disaster.The surface active agent solution can increase the ability of wetting coal,and then influence the gas dispersion performance of coal,which plays a certain role in preventing the overlimit of gas concentration in the working face.Therefore,the paper studies the influence law of surface active agent on gas dispersion through the experiment of coal gas dispersion,which is of certain significance for preventing the overlimit of gas concentration and coal and gas outburst in coal mining face.This paper selects coal samples of 4-5 coal seam in Xinjiang sulphur gully coal mine.Through the industrial analysis experiment of coal,the basic parameters of water,ash,volatile and vitrinite are measured,and six kinds of surfactant are selected to test the basic parameters of the contact angle and surface tension of the solution,and the spreading coefficient and the critical surface tension of the coal surface are calculated.The influence of the six kinds of surfactants on the wettability of coal is obtained by the wetting performance parameters such as adhesion,adhesion and surface free energy.The influence law of surface active agent on the gas dispersion characteristics of coal body is analyzed.A group of compound surface active agents which have the most obvious effect are selected to carry out the low temperature nitrogen adsorption experiment.The pore structure changes of the coal samples after the surface active agent treatment are tested and the influence law of the surface active agent on the pore structure of the coal body is analyzed.The relationship between surface active agent and gas dispersion,dispersion rate and gas diffusion coefficient at different mass concentration,and the mechanism of the influence of surfactant on gas dispersion performance.
