Research On Performance Evaluation Of Listed Oil Companies In China

In recent years,the oil industry has entered the low stage,and the oil price has been depressed,which in turn makes it difficult for most domestic oil companies to maintain the ideal benefit.In this situation,it is necessary to objectively evaluate the business performance of the enterprise,and put forward scientific Suggestions on improving the management level and improving the efficiency of the enterprise.Therefore,how to correctly evaluate the operation performance of oil companies and how to provide decision information support to management based on the performance level of oil companies are the problems that are currently facing.Listed in this paper,the domestic oil companies as the research object,from the perspective of corporate earnings,operation and social contribution to select index and establish the evaluation system,using data envelopment analysis(dea)method based on factor analysis to conduct research.The method of first listed oil companies of input and output indicators with factor analysis method for processing,extracting several common factor,then can represent the overall input and output indexes,to applied to the data envelopment analysis in the input and output variables.Through the processing of the model,the relative non-effective decision units are found and the quantitative improvement Suggestions are given according to the calculation results.Finally using the Malmquist index model for the business situation in each enterprise each year,for the petroleum enterprise decision-makers to provide management recommendations,and provide reference for healthy development of the oil industry.
