The main purpose of this paper is to achieve bidirectional alignment between internal inspection data and pipeline ontology data,and to obtain accurate geographical three-dimensional coordinates of pipeline girth weld and various defects,to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of pipeline defects excavation repair,avoid the human and financial loss caused by the error of pipe excavation,In order to improve the management level of the Enterprise Defect repair plan and execution,improve the safety level of pipeline operation,reduce the risk of pipeline and the cost of operation and maintenance.This paper mainly uses APDM(ArcGIS PipeLine data Model)to complete data processing and warehousing.Through the development of pipeline inner inspection data management system,Complete the two-way alignment of the valve,elbow,tee,AGM point of APDM data and inner inspection data.Then,through the linear reference method,the bidirectional transformation of the one-dimensional mileage and two-dimensional space coordinates is completed.Finally,the space position of the pipeline defects after alignment and conversion is verified by means of site lofting and excavation verification.The highlight of this study is to achieve two-way alignment between internal inspection data and pipeline ontology data.Through the research of the alignment method of the pipeline ontology data and the internal inspection data,Through the example of Lanzhou-Chongqing pipeline,the location accuracy of defect point excavation is less than 0.5 meters,which accords with the accuracy requirement,it proves that this research method is feasible,improves the precision of defect positioning effectively,optimizes the management level of pipeline enterprise in maintenance and repair,and reduces pipeline risk,operation and maintenance cost.
