The Click reaction catalyzed by copper is one of the important methods in the synthesis of N-containing heterocyclic compounds. In the presence of copper catalyst, the reaction between sodium azide, benzyl halide, and terminal alkynes generated 1,2,3-triazole five-membered nitrogen containing heterocycles, which can be applied into various fields such as material chemistry, pharmaceutical chemistry, organic synthesis, and biological chemistry.Meanwhile,Suzuki-Miyaura reaction catalyzed by palladium is one of the most useful means for the synthesis of carbon-carbon coupling products. In the presence of palladium catalyst, aryl boric acid reacts with aryl halides to produce corresponding biaryls, which is widely encountered in pesticide, medicine, polymer and other materials.sodium carboxymethylcellulose?CMC–Na?,one of the most important biodegradable derivative of naturally abundant cellulose, has drawn much interest due to its immense number of inherent carboxylate?–COOH?and hydroxyl?–OH?groups, which makes it an ideal template to prepare organic/inorganic hybrid and tether transition metal species. This kind of catalyst supported on organic/inorganic hybrid has the merits of high catalytic performance, simple in preparation, insoluble in solvent, easy to be separated from product and reused in next runs. These advantages are in accordance with the theme of green chemistry and sustainable development in present society. In this work,we developed Cu?@CMC/CaCO3 and Pd0@CMC/CaCO3catalysts and study their catalytic activities in Click reaction and Suzuki-Miyaura reaction. This thesis is divided into two parts as follow:1.The Na–CMC/CaCO3 organic/inorganic hybrid was synthesized by the metathesis of CaCl2 and Na2CO3 with sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as the template. The Cu?@CMC/CaCO3 catalyst was prepared via simple ion exchange reaction with copper acetate with as-obtained Na–CMC/CaCO3 organic/inorganic hybrid. Finally, the as-prepared Cu?@CMC/CaCO3 catalyst was employed in the Click reaction and the results indicated that the catalyst has salient features of high catalytic activity, high tolerance for broad substrates, mild conditions, easy isolation and reuseability.2.The prepared Na–CMC/CaCO3 hybrid reacted with palladium chloride through simple ion exchange procedure to afford the corresponding Pd0@CMC/CaCO3 catalyst, which furtherly was used in the catalysis of Suzuki-Miyaura reaction.High reactivity, reusability of catalyst, short reaction time, and mild condition are the merits of this green catalytic process.
