The Liao river estauary wetland is located in Panjin City,Liaoning Province and is the largest wetland nature reserve in the country. In area of Suaeda heteroptera growing and Phragmites australis growing of the Liao river estary, samples were collected from July to September each month. The data obtained from the samples were analyzed by the laboratory with obtained data mainly discussed about?1?The relationship between artificial planting and natural growth of pantone carbon?C?,nitrogen?N?,phosphorus?P?content and stoichiometry;?2?Characteristics of stable carbon and Nitrogen Isotopes in S.heteroptera and naturally growing S.heteroptera;?3?C,N,P content of P.australis and the relation between C,N,P;?4?Stable carbon and nitrogen isotopic characteristics of P.australis.The results were as follows:?1?From July to September,2016,there was an increase in the content of natural growth S.heteroptera, stem and leaf C;Reduced content of N in artificially planted S.heteroptera,N content of stem and leaf increased; The content of natural growth wing base and stem N increased from July to August, and decreased from August to September, while the content of leaf N decreased; From July to September,2016,the content of P content in the artificial planting of S.heteroptera increased and then decreased, and the content of leaf P decreased; The content of P in natural growth wing base was increased first and then decreased. The content of C,N and P of the artificial plant-base was higher than that of natural growth S.heteroptera; There was a negative correlation between the C and N content of the S.heteroptera;correlation between N and P content is positive;there was a negative correlation between C and P content. The growth of S.heteroptera is limited by N.?2?The fractionation distribution of carbon stable isotopes in the tissues and organs of the artificial plant-base and the natural growth S.heteroptera was:root<leaf<stem. The fractionation distribution of nitrogen stable isotopes in various tissues and organs of the vegetated plant was:root<stem<leaf;the fractional distillation distribution of nitrogen stable isotopes in various organs of the natural growth wing base was:stem<leaf<root; The average?13C value of S.heteroptera grown artificially from July to September 2016 was increased. The average?13C value of natural growth S.heteroptera decreased first and then increased.Increased average?15N of vegetated and naturally growing S.heteroptera from July to September 2016;?3?From July to September 2016,the C content of roots, stems and leaves increased;the content of root N increased first and then deseased, and the content of stem N decreased.N content of leaf increased first and then decreased; From July to September, the N content of reed root first rose and then fell;P content of stem increased from July to August;from August to September, the content of P in the stem remained basically unchanged, the content of P in leaves decreased. There was a positive correlation between C and N content of P.australis in July and a negative correlation between C and N in August and September. There was a positive correlation between the N and P content of the P.australis and a negative correlation between the C and P content.P.australis N:P<14,the growth was restricted by N.?4?In July and August 2016,the fractional distillation of the carbon stable isotopes of various organs of the reeds in the plant was:leaf<stem<root. The distribution of carbon stable isotopes in the organs of the reeds in September:root<stem<leaf. The distribution of nitrogen stable isotopes in plants in the plant of reed in July:leaf<root<stem. The distribution of nitrogen stable isotopes in the organs of the reeds in August and September:root<stem<leaf. From July to September 2016,the average?13C of reeds decreased;the average?15N of reeds decreased.
