Wetland ecosystems are the largest component of the terrestrial biosphere carbon pool and play a very important role in global carbon sinks.Coastal wetland is the most productive natural ecosystem in wetland.Its natural environment at the water-land boundary provides good conditions for carbon sequestration.Therefore,the study of carbon sequestration in coastal wetland is one of the keys to understand the carbon cycle of coastal wetland ecosystem.Suaeda is composed of a single advantage species Liaohe coastal wetlands S.salsa community,it is an important community in northern Chinese coastal wetlands,carbon cycling role of coastal wetland region of obvious,its carbon storage and carbon sequestration is an important way Liaohe coastal wetland ecosystem services.Taking Liaohe coastal wetland typical vegetation Suaeda for the study,estimate the total biomass of wetland Suaeda community by biomass Inversion Model and allometric model,then binding assays Suaeda ground,underground plant in the laboratory organic carbon Content,and then get the Liaohe estuary coastal wetland Suaeda carbon storage.The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)Suaeda area information based on the extracted decision tree classification techniques,to Landsat satellite image data source,decision tree classification techniques accurately obtain spatial distribution Suaeda community.(2)Select NDVI linear inversion model Liaohe Suaeda wetland coastal communities aboveground biomass estimate,accuracy of the model r~2 is 0.852,F is 137.792,high precision.The spatial distribution of aboveground biomass and the above-ground biomass of Suaeda in the study area were obtained.The aboveground biomass of Suaeda was 7.87*10^6kg,14.53*10^6kg,13.13*10^6kg and 3.32*10^6kg.(3)Construction of Suaeda ground and underground biomass allometric model,the model reaches 0.913 goodness of fit R~2.Estimate the subsurface biomass of Suaeda salsa,2013-2016 years Suaeda underground biomass were 1.54*10^6kg,2.82*10^6kg,2.17*10^6kg,0.66*10^6kg.Suaeda salsa ground biomass plus underground biomass to obtain total biomass,total biomass were 9.41*10^6kg,17.35*10^6kg,13.31*10^6 kg,3.98*10^6kg.(4)The content of organic carbon in the ground and underground plants of Suaeda salsa was determined by elemental analyzer in the laboratory respectively.Suaeda salsa aboveground and below ground biomass multiplied by the carbon content of Suaeda salsa access to ground and underground carbon stocks distribution map to estimate the study area Suaeda carbon reserves.2013-2016years Suaeda total carbon reserves were 2.54*10^6kg,4.68*10^6kg,4.23*10^6kg and1.07*10^6kg.Analysis Suaeda carbon sequestration capacity of coastal wetlands,2013-2016Suaeda carbon sequestration were 0.11kg/(m~2·a),0.16kg/(m~2·a),0.11kg/(m~2·a)and0.10kg/(m~2·a),the average carbon sequestration capacity in four years is 0.12 kg/(m~2·a).
