China's recent attention to environmental pollution has increased year by year,and has increased investment in water treatment facilities.The number of urban sewage plants is more and more.The treatment rate of sewage wastewater in the city is also increasing.But most of the urban sewage treatment plant management is confused,there is no more scientific operation management method,and the management means and water plant data are difficult to share,so the management form is mostly based on experience management,and the efficiency is low.And when the influent water quality fluctuates greatly,it is difficult to cope with the situation because of the lack of means of detection and centralized management.On the basis of the above situation,based on the ASMs model,this paper uses the mathematical simulation software Biowin,combining the biological phase of the activated sludge with the operation of the water plant,and simulates the water quality of the CASS process which is frequently used in the Songhua River basin of Harbin under the conditions of different operating parameters of different influent COD concentration.In order to improve water plant impact resistance and energy saving and emission reduction purposes,lay a solid foundation for water plant optimization process and cluster management.Based on the ASM3 model,this paper establishes the dynamic expression according to the theory of "simultaneous storage and growth",and establishes the conservation of material in the water,reflux and effluent of the whole model,establishes the ASM3 model,and implements the simulation process of the whole model with the help of Biowin.In order to make the model more extensive,it is necessary to make some corrections to the parameters of the model.The parameters affecting YSTO.O?b H.O?YSTO.H.O?b A.O??A were corrected.After the calibration model is used to run the simulation program,the COD and ammonia nitrogen of the effluent are compared with the measured values.The results of the simulated values of Biowin are in accordance with the results of the small test.The effects of the process parameters,such as the amount of aeration,temperature and sludge reflux ratio under the influent COD concentration of 150mg/L,350mg/L,550mg/L,and sludge reflux ratio,on the treatment of COD concentration wastewater by CASS process are simulated through the model.Then the experimental results are compared with the simulation results,and the effects of different conditions on the effluent results are analyzed,and the optimal operating conditions under different influent COD concentrations are determined.Finally,the optimal operating conditions under different influent COD concentrations are determined.Finally,the latest high throughput macro gene detection technology was used to detect the biological phase of activated sludge under the optimal operating conditions.The structure,population and community changes of microbeswere analyzed under this condition,and the results of the effluent quality were analyzed from the microbiological point of view.It lays the foundation for optimizing process and clustering orderly management of waterworks.
