In recent years,in the field of denture manufacture,numerical control denture has been rising,with the characteristics of high efficiency,accuracy,convenience and speed gradually replacing traditional handwork.CNC denture processing needs to get the modeling of tooth shape,and get the NC machining track according to the CAD/CAM software,and finally form the shape.The NC track generated by NC machining directly in the denture will cause problems such as low efficiency,large vibration and so on,which will affect the quality of CAM.This topic mainly studies the problem of path optimization and Look-Ahead speed control in the process of denture,in order to improve the efficiency and stability of the denture restoration,analyze the path of the denture,and then on the basis of the track data preprocessing,path optimization,speed control and so on,finally the optimization program is designed.The optimized processing path and speed are obtained.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)By analyzing the characteristics of the machining path of denture,a path optimization method is proposed,which combines the path of the three order B spline curve and the line track.The preprocessing algorithm is designed to eliminate or merge the abnormal points in the original path.And the judgment rule of the breakpoint is put forward,and the path is roughly classified as the line track segment and the curve track section.The classification conditions and mathematical models of S type speed control are given.(2)Study the optimization of linear path and Look-Ahead speed control.A linear path transition model is established,and a linear parabolic path is used to smooth the straight line transition.The speed control function of a single transition section is designed.A continuous segment speed control method is designed with Look-Ahead control.MATLAB is used to simulate and analyze the program.(3)Study the path optimization of B spline curves and Look-Ahead speed algorithm.The B spline curve is used to fit the data points and the curvature and error of the fitting curve are evaluated.Design curve path Look-Ahead speed planning,solve speed limit,complete speed planning plan,and carry out simulation analysis.(4)Use machine tool processing to verify the optimization effect of the algorithm.Compare the machining state before and after optimization,and analyze the optimization efficiency under different feed speeds.The influence of feed speed on machining vibration is observed,and the vibration optimization of machine tool is analyzed.Processing denture,analyzing the accuracy and surface quality of the denture prosthesis,it shows that the optimization algorithm designed in this paper can meet the processing requirements of denture restoration.
