The 1Cr18Ni9 Ti stainless steel/superalloy pipeline is the most widely used line in aviation engine.In this paper,the process data of the flame brazing and high frequency induction brazing of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti stainless steel /superalloy pipeline are obtained,and the process of high temperature brazin g is optimized.This is of great significance to improve the quality and efficiency of pipe brazing.Through research on workpiece surface cleaning before brazing process analysis,respectively for flame brazing and high frequency induction brazing oil removal of oxide film and cleaning to process data,to determine the surface cleaning technology of the best.Test and analysis of flame brazing and high frequency induction brazing on different gap values are determined,and the optimal clearance value of fl ame brazing is 0.06mm-0.15 mm.High-frequency induction brazing can obtain high quality weld at the gap value of 0.02mm-0.20 mm,but it is not suitable for spot welding positioning when the gap is 0.15 mm.The results of the soldering test of the tube joints of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel tube with different materials were analyzed.It was found that 1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel tube+1Cr18Ni9Ti pipe joint,1Cr18Ni9 Ti pipe+1Cr17Ni2 pipe joint,1Cr18Ni9 Ti steel tube+GH1139 pipe joint were all welded with inductive brazing and flame brazing.The welding effect of 1Cr18Ni9 Ti tube+1Cr18Ni9Ti pipe joint and the welding convenience are the best.At the same time,the high frequency induction brazing of the 1Cr18Ni9 Ti tube+GH2696 pipe is not suitable for flame brazing.Comparison and analysis of flame brazing and high frequency induction brazing,it is found that flame brazing and high frequency induction brazing can meet the requirements of the enterprise standard.Flame brazing and high frequency induction brazing have the characteristics and application range in the application of aviation engine pipeline.However,in comparative analysis,it is found that the welding quality,efficiency and anti-fatigue of high frequency induction brazing are higher than that of flame brazing,and the surface cleaning and technological route of weld after welding are simpler than that of flame brazing.
