The application of natural gas is gradually extensive;pipeline corrosion threatens the normal operation of gas system and the safety of life and property.Due to limited space,station pipeline and metal station facilities are complex.So they are more easily to be corroded compared with the pipeline.Regional cathodic protection is an effective anti-corrosion facility for station application,the present study used less protection theory and regional cathodic station is still inadequate,so it's very necessary to do the research on the theory and practice of regional cathodic protection.This paper used computer simulation to survey the actual station and establish geometric model.In this paper,the mathematical equations,mathematical methods and boundary element methods are expounded,and the similarities and differences between the three classical mathematical methods are compared.The cathodic polarization curve is used as the boundary condition.This paper described the modeling and solving process of BEASY,using the BEASY simulation station for underground pipelines in different ways under the cathodic protection potential distribution calculation,and analysis the most appropriate way to protect and improve the potential distribution of cathodic protection.The A station is more suitable for joint protection because the current distribution is more uniform.Using the software to make the simulation of actual anode cathodic protection installation and test the potential of points in the A station,finally actual potential and the potential is basically consistent with the simulation,and interference and shielding problems can be reduced.This paper designed potential distribution simulation and actual regional cathodic protection for different types of station,measured the station potential and analyzed reasons for interference and shielding stations.Also it took measures to drain,increase the anode resistance and laid deep well anode and shallow buried anodes reasonably,finally interference and shielding problems were resolved.
