Buried insulation pipeline due to the special structure,high operating temperature,compared to the ordinary transport pipeline more prone to corrosion.At present,the relevant buried pipeline external corrosion detection technology have been very mature,but on the buried insulation pipeline external corrosion monitoring,the domestic is still in the initial stage.Therefore,it is urgent to develop an automatic,visual monitoring technology that can provide early warning of corrosion of buried insulation pipeline.This study in the buried pipeline corrosion detection and monitoring technology at home and abroad on the basis of full research,through the impact of buried insulation pipeline corrosion key factors and parameters of the analysis and test research,combined with the Internet of Things technology,the use of One NET cloud platform,design and development of buried insulation pipeline external corrosion early warning monitoring system,so that monitoring data can be uploaded in real time and remote reading,and finally realize the buried insulation pipeline corrosion Monitoring data automation,information and visualization,for the buried insulation pipeline safety operation to provide technical support.The results show that: the anticorrosive insulation layer into the water,pipe transmission temperature is too high and the cathodic protection potential deviates from the effective protection potential range is the main factor leading to buried insulation pipe corrosion,while the temperature is the key parameter leading to the minimum cathodic protection potential and the maximum cathodic protection potential negative shift;based on the principle of metal potential difference and insulation layer built-in reference electrode design,developed for buried insulation pipe insulation layer into the water and Based on the principle of metal potential difference and the design of the built-in reference electrode of the insulation layer,we have developed a monitoring device for the water inlet and cathodic protection potential of the insulation layer of buried insulation pipeline,combined with the corrosion warning monitoring system based on the Internet of Things technology,which can remotely monitor the water inlet,pipe bed temperature and cathodic protection potential in real time.
