CNC(Computer Numerical Control)is the key technology to achieve the single production and integration of mechanical processing industry and has an important influence on the modern national economy.Along with the adjustment of the national industrial structure,the CNC machines are more used under the background of repetitive and batch manufacturing,but the traditional way of CNC processing has the weakness of small yield and low processing efficiency,and the using of ILC(iterative learning control)can solve this problem.A new method of reference adjustment iterative learning control will be used in this topic.In this article,we have designed an integrated scheme of self-learning of CNC machine tools based on the features of CNC machining technology,and tried to find the related factors of repeatability of processing and the source of the following error of machine,and the three-loop control and filtering technology were also investigated in detail in this study.The command-based structure is used based on the features of CNC technology because of good independence and simplicity.We have found that the key technologies of the using of ILC in CNC are repeatability and filtering module.We have designed an integrated scheme including the repeatability certification,the primary learning,zero-phase filtering and the final learning.We tested the scheme by experiments on CNC machine tools at last.We carry on the research based on the control of CNC machine tools and pay more attention to the practicability of the iterative learning control scheme and the characteristics of CNC.We have realized the using of ILC scheme on the actual XY mechanical platform,and reduced the tracking error to 40% on the premise that the vibration of the platform remains unchanged.
