This paper deals with the cement ripe mixture control system for a cement factory with relatively novel control way and mature computer technology because the intrinsic mixture control system has such disadvantages as great mixture error, poor stability and man-machine interface. System scheme design, process, hardware and software's design, mathematic modeling of burden system, and arithmetic confirming are described in this paper.The Microcomputer Burden System is one of the key facilities in the cement factory and it is important technical instrumentality to realize automatic production, scientific management, safe operation and energy saving. In addition, it is an eificient approach to improve product quality, output quantity, and productivity, and alleviate workers laboring intensity. Therefore, it is very important to optimally design and develop Microcomputer Burden System with advanced techniques, mature devices and economy practicality for a factory.This paper firstly analyses and compares some kinds of existing microcomputer burden systems. Secondly, by combination of micro processing technique, network technique and communication technique, this paper implements an industrial control computer and single-chip microcomputer mixture system. Single-chip microcomputer fulfills control and data acquisition, while industrial control computer perform data processing. Finally, friendly operation interface is designedin order to make industrial computer become easy manipulation.This paper describes precision control of weighing and mixture. The physics mechanism of dynamic weighing and batching process is studied and the mathematical model is established. The simulation experiments are also carried out. The basic principle of iteration learning control is considered as emphases to describe. A further study of the dynamic weighing and batching process is made and an iteration learning control method is employed to dynamic weighing and batching process control. The simulation tests are made and satisfied performances are reached. Finally, the whole Microcomputer Burden System is designed. The industrial control computer adopts ADVANTECH610 product. The burden controller adopts a Single-Chip Microcomputer system, whose MCU is a kind of processor-AT89S8252 which is used in all kinds of control systems, whose A/D switched apparatus is TLC2543. MAX293 is used as low-pass filter and TCA785 is used to control silicon phase-shift touch-off. MAX232 are designed to communicate data. The Watchdog of the MCU is 555 and the power of this system is designed. The burden controller adopts the complier language and the Basic language to program and its concerned software is designed, including the data management, the data acquisition, the wave-percolation, the control etc. This paper discusses system's anti-jamming measures, and proposing whole system's ability of anti-jamming from hardware and software, so the system has good stability, robustness and tolerance.This system is benefit to advanced enterprise management, promoting output and reducing waster rate.
