WSN has the characteristics of low price,large scale,self-organizing network and strong destruction resistance.Because the industrial production areas tend to be far more complex in the remote environment,these features of WSN are suitable for the application of industrial safety monitoring system.WSN is composed of numerous sensor nodes,and the energy of each node is often provided by an independent finite power supply,which makes the energy of the node become the key factor restricting the development of WSN.Therefore,the research of energy saving technology becomes the key point of the research of WSN technology.And,as a monitoring system,the reliability of information is the basis for the realization of the system,and the general use of energy saving technology will have a certain influence on the reliability.Therefore,the influence of energy saving technology on the reliability of the wireless sensor network monitoring system must be taken into consideration when the energy saving technology based on wireless sensor networks is studied.So,in this paper,the reliability of wireless sensor security monitoring system is studied first,and a topology structure is designed to ensure the reliability of the system.On the basis of this,an energy-saving strategy is proposed and the energy consumption of the wireless sensor nodes is studied by the improvement of two traditional energy saving methods,which makes WSN in the monitoring system.The energy consumption of the system can be minimized under the premise of ensuring reliability.The research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking the WSN based coal mine safety monitoring system as an example,the information reliability of the security monitoring system based on WSN is studied,and a WSN node deployment structure based on the three dimensional uniform node deployment and redundant node method is designed to improve the reliability of the wireless sensor security monitoring system.(2)After analyzing the reliability of the WSN network,an improved dormancy / wake-up energy saving technology based on the traditional random sleep /wake-up energy saving technology is proposed and a sleep / wake-up Festival,which can change the dormancy rate dynamically according to the external information,is designed according to the energy saving strategy which can change the state of work according to the external information.Energy strategy achieves the result that energysaving and reliability are more balanced.(3)In order to further save energy,in addition to the above energy saving algorithm,we design an energy saving strategy that divides the system into different working modes.This strategy uses data compression technology,according to the residual quantity of the wireless sensor monitoring system and whether there is important information in the sensing area to determine the working mode of the system,in order to improve the energy efficiency of the node,and reduce the energy consumption effect on the premise of ensuring the reliability of the system.The innovation of this design is:1.The general wireless sensor monitoring system is a cluster structure composed of a single cluster head node,which makes the reliability of the whole cluster structure greatly influenced by the failure of the node.This paper proposes a redundancy backup topology,which ensures that the reliability of the system will not be greatly affected when a small number of nodes fail.2.Dormancy / wake-up technology can effectively reduce energy consumption,but the commonly used random dormancy technique is a node in a fixed dormancy system,but the number of nodes in the monitored area and the working state of the neighbor nodes of the dormant node will change over time,this will make fixed sleep rate sometimes unsuitable for practical situations,therefore,an improved dormancy /wake-up strategy,which dynamically changes the node's dormancy rate according to the working state of the neighbor nodes,is proposed to solve this problem and improve the efficiency of energy saving.3.Data compression technology reduces energy consumption by reducing the amount of data transmitted,but whether the monitoring system perceives important information has a great impact on whether the data is compressed or not.The general data compression technology is simply to compress the perceived data,and does not distinguish whether it is important information.This paper designs a dynamic change of the working state based on the perceived importance of information.It can compress non heavy information and minimize the energy consumption of the system on the premise of ensuring the reliability of the system information.Through the result of formula deduction and simulation experiment,it can be seen that the node deployment method and the improved energy saving algorithm and energy saving strategy proposed in this paper have the characteristics of improving the reliability of WSN monitoring system,energy saving,high energy efficiency,uniformity,reliability and adaptability according to the different conditions of the monitoring area.It plays an important role in comprehensively improving the energy saving effect and reliability of the monitoring system.Through the combination of node reliability deployment,dormancy / wake-up technology and data compression technology,it provides a new idea for the energy saving technology research of WSN monitoring system,and can also be applied to other WSN systems.
