Prickly ash,dry pepper,chili sauce and other condiment are widely used in the food industry and daily family kitchen.At present,these condiment are illegally added rhodamine B,alkaline orange ? and other illegal additives.This will seriously affect on the people health.Although most of the illegal additives have been detected in China,it must be carried out in laboratories.The equipment is expensive and difficult to popularize,and the detection efficiency is low,and the sample preparation is complex.Aiming at these shortcomings,the field detection system of illegal additives in condiment and a simple sample pretreatment method is designed,and the related algorithms of Raman spectrum processing are studied.the supporting software for field detection is developed based on C++ language.The main contents of the paper are :Firstly,the detection methods of most of the illegal additives are compared,and the importance of laser Raman detection in field detection is emphatically analyzed.The basic principle and application of laser Raman scattering are elaborated.Secondly,based on the principle of Raman scattering and the characteristics of the illegal additives in the condiments,the field detection system of illegal additives and the simple sample pretreatment methods are designed.The laser Raman detection system is composed of laser source,optical path,pretreatment device,information processing and display system.After repeated experiments,the optimal sample pretreatment method is:at first,the sample is immersed in the 9:1 methanol: water mixture 1~2 min,and t the initial extraction liquid is gotten through been filtrated.Then,the extraction liquid is evaporated in at 43.5 ? water bath and 0.08 Mpa low pressure environment,and the liquid is evaporated to 0.4mL.Thirdly,the supporting software of the field detection system is designed in this paper,which can make the system operation more quickly to adapt to the field detection.The main functions of the software are: real-time display of the Raman spectra of the detected objects,thebaseline removal algorithms of the Raman spectra,the analysis of the test results and the establishment of the standard atlas database.Two baseline removal algorithms including piecewise linear fitting method and fault polynomial fitting method and a result matching algorithm are designed.Finally,the system is tested by software and verified by experiments.Different concentrations of rhodamine B standard solution,different concentration of other illegal additive standard solutions,and prickly ashwith rhodamine B are tested.The test results showed that the system could be accurately identified for all kinds of illegal additives.Through the experimental verification,combined with the supporting software processing,the system can quickly and accurately detect whether the sample of prickly ashwith rhodamine B,the whole detection time is less than 15 min,and can quickly detect illegal additives in condiments.
