In recent years,the incidents of the Chinese prickly ash security has been seriously endangered people’s health.Therefore,people pay more attention to the safety of the Chinese prickly ash.At present,there are many ways to detect illegal ingredients in the Chinese prickly ash.But most of them are chemical and biological methods.The detection of illegal ingredients need a complex preparation of sample in the modern detection industry.Then the illegal ingredients in condiments can be detected by using the high-end equipment in the laboratory.At present,there isn’t a rapid detection method.In order to solve this problem,a Laser Raman detection method is presented in this paper.First,the basic principle of Raman scattering is described detailedly in this paper,and then a optical path for the the portable laser Raman spectrometer is designed based on this principle.In this paper,the optical path is completed with various kinds of instruments,and it is verified that the optical path meets the requirements of the subject detection.Two methods are used to enhance the Raman signal in this paper.They are the determination of the focal point and selection of suitable surface enhanced Raman reagents.A black airtight device is used to eliminate the background noisen in the detection process to ensure the accuracy of the test.Secondly,the corresponding detection plan is made by analyzing the spectral characteristics of the illegal ingredients in Chinese prickly ash.The plan is to select the suitable solvent for preparing the sample.In this paper,the pure illegal ingredients are detected and analyzed,then the Chinese prickly ash which is mixed with these illegal additives is detected and analyzed.Three kinds of illegal ingredients in Chinese prickly ash are tested in this paper.They are Rhodamine B,alkaline orangeⅡ and auramine O.The main object of this paper was rhodamine B among these illegal ingredients.In this paper,the Raman spectra of three concentrations of Rhodamine B aqueous solution and methanol solution are tested and processed.After the analysis of these data,a solvent with less influence on the detection of illegal ingredients is selected.On this basis,the Raman spectra of three concentrations of rhodamine B,alkaline orange,auramine are detected in this paper.Afer the processing and the analysis of the Raman spectra data.Finally,a baseline drift correction algorithm based on polynomial fitting is proposed to solve the problem of baseline drift in the experiment in this paper.The algorithm combines the GIFTS method and the least square method to simulate the Raman baseline.The principle of the algorithm is to subtracts the baseline from the original spectrum,which can remove the baseline drift.The results show that the laser Raman detection method has simple sample preparation,fast detection and ideal results.It provides a practical reference for the further application of Raman spectroscopy in condiment.
