Matrine is widely used in agricultural production due to its low toxicity and broad-spectrum insecticidal and fungicidal activity.Matrine has been used in agricultural production for a long time due to its low toxicity and broad-spectrum bactericidal activity. In order to make full use of plant resources and increase the control effect of matrine bactericides,we study the binary complexes of matrine and emodin and some other antibacterial substances of B.cinerea and P.infestans.This study is based on the literature review. The result is as follows:1.Determined the synergism initially by the Horsfall method. The scope of synergies for B.cinerea is: the ratio of matrine and emodin from 3:7 to 7:3,the ratio of matrine and toxotoxin from 6:4 to 8:2,matrine and Beryllium 3:7,the ratio of matrine and eugenol 5:5.The ratio of synergism for P.infestans is 5:5 to 7:3 for matrine and emodin,4:6 for matrine and somale, and matrine and eugenol 3:7 to 5:5.The remaining ratios are additive or weak synergistic effects.2.To verify the degree of efficiency By CTC method. The cotoxicity coefficients of matrine and emodin at the ratio of 7:3 for the two pathogens are 145.36 and 152.12,matrine and eugenol in the ratio of 5:5 are 118.87 and 130.22 to B.cinerea and P.infestans with obvious synergistic effect. The co-toxicity coefficient of the ratio of matrine and berberine 3:7,the ratio of matrine and toxotoxin 6:4 is about 120 to B.cinerea, which has an additive effect. When the ratio of matrine to somnatoxin is between 2:8 and 5:5,the ratio of matrine to berberine is 4:6,the co-toxicity coefficient of P.infestans is greater than 120,with a synergistic effect.3.The control effects in vivo of SL1 and SL2 were evaluated by mean of and tissue tests. At the concentration of 1000 mg/L,the protective effects under the ratio of matrine to emodin 3:7 and the ratio of matrine and eugenol 3:7 on B.cirerea are 73.91% and 75.37%.The protective effects under the ratio of matrine and emodin 6:4 and 7:3 are 68.76% and 70.14%,and the ratio of matrine and eugenol 5:5 was 69.28% on P.infestans.There was no significant difference between the sample.4.The formulation of SL.The ingredients of 0.3% SL1 are as follows: 0.2% matrine,0.1% emodin,15% emulsifier 602,12% DMSO,0.01% acetic acid, slow up with ethanol. The ingredients of SL2 are as follows: 0.5% matrine,0.5% eugenol,10% emulsifier 602,12% methanol, slow up with ethanol. The performance of the two formulations is qualified.5.The control effects in vivo of SL are evaluated by mean of pot tests. The following conclusions can be drawn: At the dose of 1000 mg/L,the protective and therapeutic effects of SL1 on wheat powdery mildew are 75.59% and 70.72%,and SL2 are 65.71% and 68.91%,which are equivalent to 15% triadimefon WP with a concentration of 150 mg/L.6.The results of field efficacy trials showed that at the concentration of 1000 mg/L,SL1 has certain control effects.SL1 has certain control effect on the diseased fruits and leaves of Fulria fulva at the dose of 1000 mg/L(54.94%,51.42%),and the efficacy of carbendazim at the same dose(58.92%).Similarly,the efficacy of SL2 at the dose of 1000 mg/L 7d after the second drug are 44.02% and 47.09%,which were different from that of the control drug.In summary,SL1 as primary solvent developed in this study has good efficacy against several pathogens studied and has broad prospects for development.
