When the rhythm of life continues to accelerate,parents and children spend less time together.3-6 years old is an important period for children's cognitive development.Parent-child interaction is beneficial to the healthy development of children's physical and mental health at this stage.In the family parent-child interaction process,ordinary adult furniture can not meet the children's use requirements,ignoring children's ergonomics and experience,and children's furniture also ignores the comfort of adults when they used,which is not conducive to parent-child interaction.First,determine the factors affecting parent-child interaction by literature collection methods including parental parenting styles,parents' social circles,children's personality,and parent-sex gender differences.The study found that parental education is not a determinant factor affecting parent-child interaction.Parent-child interaction categories include language interaction and behavioral interaction.The state of parent-child interaction has conscious interaction and unconscious interaction,which the conscious interaction can easily encourage the parent-child to carry out specific interactive projects,and the unconscious interaction state is likely to produce fragmented interaction behavior.Secondly,through the literature collection,observation methods and the in-depth study of children aged 3-6 years old in Junwei Kindergarten,two groups of families,it is concluded that the physiological and psychological experience of the two sides on tactile,visual and olfactory is different due to the difference between their physiological development and cognition level.Tactilely,children's sensitivity is higher than that of their parents.However,due to children's lack of cognition,tactile sensation has less psychological experience than parents.Visually,children prefer figurines,cartoons,and animal and plant styling and prefer colors with high lightness and saturation;parents prefer abstract and simple shapes with lower lightness and pure color.Olfactory,children receive scent information before parents,but can not recognize the safety or harm of odors.Thus produce psychological experience is slower than parents.The sensory experience of parents is influenced by the mutual influence of tactile,visual,olfactory.The experience of parent-child interaction has a difference in the interaction between the background and the interactive sponsor.Finally,aim at the previous research on parent-child interaction experience,the purpose,principles,and elements of parent-child interaction design are proposed,which are designed to promote children's cognitive abilities,promote children's physical and mental development,improve children's thinking systems,and promote parent-child relationships.Based on the design principles of orientation,protection and interaction,the design requirements for the function,shape,structure and CMF of parent child interaction furniture are put forward.Through questionnaire survey,case analysis and previous research,the design practice of parent child interaction furniture is made.
