With The construction of urbanization in China is developing at a high speed.The population,architecture,industry and transportation in the city all show a state of high density and high emission.People face various problems and pressures brought about by the development of urbanization.Among them the environmental pressure,especially air quality problems highlights.The government departments and companies are improving air quality through practical measures.For example,the construction of the Greenway in Wuhan is a practical measure to change the public environment and bring about guidance.And the promotion of shared bicycles has changed the method of transportation.This study starts from the factors affecting the air quality in the development of urbanization,and takes automobile as the starting point of research,combines the research status and future trends of automobile exhaust purification products to explore ways to reduce exhaust emissions from intensive cars.Designing a purification device for the purpose of purify vehicle exhaust gas to reduce air pollution.The air quality problem consists of human factors and natural factors.Among human factors,production and life are necessary for human development.The lack of techniques in production processes and personal environmental awareness weak lead to excessive emissions.Among the natural factors,China’s meteorological conditions are not conducive to the dissipation of atmospheric pollutants,coupled with the large number of man-made pollutants,caused the most regions of China have air pollution.Automobile emissions are one of the important factors affecting urban air quality by analyzing the status quo of the city.Analysis of vehicle exhaust emissions and compares existing air quality improvement devices in public spaces,and elaborates the research status and future trends of vehicle exhaust gas purification devices.The necessity for a device for purifying exhaust gas of an automobile has been derived.Due to the fact that automobiles also have a high holding capacity as an emission source,it is proposed that the purification device should have the characteristics of using the automobile as a carrier and miniaturization.Then this article discusses the need for a purification device that uses a car as a carrier in terms of design.From the device’s properties,advanced technology and environmental applicability to conduct a detailed study of three aspects.It is proposed that the design of the automobile exhaust gas purification device should meet the differences in the car tailpipe and continue the basic shape of the car’s tailpipes and adapt to the driving environment of the car.Using plasma purification technology to support active purification method to purify the exhaust gas of the automobile.Finally,the design of the product shape is made through sketch drawing and model making.And using the fuzzy evaluation method to evaluate and select the program.The half-shell design was selected as the design of the automobile exhaust gas purification device,and the feasibility of using the automobile to purify vehicle exhaust was examined.
