Research On Key Technology Of Tile Quality Inspection System Based On Vision

Ceramic tile is an important material in the construction industry,along with the rapid development of the realty industry,the ceramic tile needs of people are increasing gradually.China's ceramic production line has been basically automated from milling to grinding,but the domestic ceramic enterprises use of automatic detection equipment for ceramic tile are very few,the research on the automatic detection technology of tile is very important to the development of ceramic tile industry.Based on these,this paper proposes an online detection technology of ceramic tile quality combined with 2D and 3D information.For the small size of the external wall tiles,combined with the detection indicators,ceramic tile quality online detection system is designed in this paper,the system is mainly based on machine vision,set computer technology,optical technology,image processing technology,numerical control technology at an organic whole to complete the detection of a number of indicators.Firstly,according to the detected indicators tiles,designed the overall structure of the system.Secondly,according to the three-dimensional measurement of the ceramic tile,the laser triangulation technology was studied in order to measure the flatness and thickness of the ceramic tile,The laser scanning system was designed and built,and the calibration technology of the camera and laser has been deeply studied.For two-dimensional indicators of detection,the mosaic tiles image processing was realized firstly,and the image processing algorithm was designed to detect the defects of ceramic tile,straight Angle,size,etc.Finally,designed the software system to combined with 2D and 3D information,And built the experimental platform with a three-dimensional scanning test bed.The experimental results showed that the ceramic tile quality on-line detection system has good detection effect.For the height measurement it can be accurate to 0 ~ 0.12 mm.
