In recent years, our country has become a brick of pottery and porcelain productionand consumption power, but it is not the power one. In terms of technology andequipment, although in recent years, China ceramic industry has been a fundamentalchange in mechanical equipment and the development, but in the industry overall level,the level is still low, the technical level obviously is not high. At present, although thedomestic have developed some brick of pottery and porcelain quality testing systems, buton the whole, the domestic ceramic tile testing equipment and testing instruments are stillunable to satisfy the business enterprise of brick of pottery and porcelain size and surfaceroughness detection precision and meet the requirements of the degree of automation.This situation seriously affected the accuracy of brick of pottery and porcelain sorting,confines the enhancing of products and enhancement of the ability to export. It becomesthe biggest bottleneck. Improving product quality in the ceramic industry has become anurgent need to overcome the technical problem.In view of the status quo of China’s ceramic wall and floor tiles detection technology,this paper designs a kind of high precision ceramic tile surface flatness on-line detectionsystem. This system is composed of a data acquisition module which is designed byourselves, data transmission and data processing module. This system through theacquisition of high precision laser displacement sensor data,16-bit A/D converter for datasampling, high rate of single chip microcomputer serial data transmission, and treatedwith median filtering procedures and applicable flatness calculation and compensationalgorithm of compensation of the algorithm to make the detection system can adapt to thestatus quo of China’s ceramic tile production enterprises and achieve high accuracyrequirements, eventually achieve the detection precision of0.02mm which is far morethan the state regulations0.1mm requirements of accuracy, that is of great significancefor improving the overall quality of brick of pottery and porcelain.Main points of this thesis are provide as follow:In Chapter1, First this paper introduces the research background of floor tile of wallof pottery and porcelain industry production and testing, then introduces the presentsituation of ceramic tile detection technology at home and abroad, illustrates the meaningof this topic research. Finally, making a brief introduction of the technical route of thefull text.In Chapter2, that has been studied and the choice to the flatness detecting algorithm,data filtering and data compensation algorithm, which provides theoretical basis for thedesign of software and hardware of the late. In Chapter3, Mainly relates to hardware circuit design, including tne selection ofkey devices, the circuit design of main function module.In Chapter4,Mainly to the design of software,including data filtering,calculation,compensation and storage transfer and other aspects of the software implementation.In Chapter5, Mainly on the testing and debugging the performance of detectionsystem,through which to ensure that the test system can steadily run in real testingenvironment.In Chapter6, Give a summary to the design of full text research and puts forwardprospect for study insufficient place.
