Abstract/Summary:
As energy conservation and environmental protection are becoming more and more necessary to maintain the sustainable development of human society,the design of lightweight vehicles is becoming more and more important.The aluminum alloy has become the preferred metal material in the design of lightweight vehicles because of its small density,easy processing,high strength,corrosion resistance and a series of advantages,in the aluminum alloy stamping process,due to the low yield strength and strong adhesion of aluminum alloy,the aluminum alloy is easy to be sticked on the mold and scratch the mold and sheet which can lead to rupture and stamping failure when the situation bcome serious,it is closely related to status of friction and lubrication of aluminum alloy in the stamping process,so it has have important practical value to study the friction and lubrication of aluminum alloy during stamping process.In this paper,5754 aluminum alloy plate and H13 steel between the friction and lubrication were studied,the main contents are as follows:(1)The friction coefficient of 5754 aluminum alloy plate and H13 hot stamping die steel under different temperature,pressure and lubrication conditions were measured,and the influence of different lubricants on the friction coefficient between steel and aluminum friction pair was measured.the change regulation of the friction coefficient was studied under different pressure and temperature for the production of aluminum parts in the selection of lubricants to provide a reference,It provides reference for the choice of lubricants in the production of aluminum alloy parts,it also provides reference for aluminum alloy forming CAE simulation.(2)The aluminum alloy cylinder drawing test was carried out to measure the ultimate drawing ratio of 5754 aluminum alloy plate under different lubrication conditions,and the effect of lubrication condition on the forming ability of aluminum alloy was studied.Through the above research,the results are:(1)Under the condition of normal temperature,the relation between pressure and friction coefficient of 5754 aluminum alloy and H13 die steel under dry friction and the usual six kinds of lubrication conditions were obtained.Under the condition of high temperature,the relation between pressure and the friction coefficient under the codition of dry and two kinds of solid Lubricant lubrication was obtained,It provides suggestions for the selection of lubricants in actual production and also provides parameters for CAE simulation.(2)The limiting draw ratio of 5754 aluminum alloy under different lubrication conditions was obtained,and the influence of different lubrication conditions on the limiting drawing ratio and forming performance of 5754 aluminum alloy was verified.
