With the continuous development of the textile industry,compressed air compressed air produced by air compressor has become the second largest energy source in the textile industry after electricity,but since the energy consumption is relatively high in the process of production of compressed air by the air pressure system,it accounts for 30% of the total energy consumption of the majority of textile enterprises,some enterprises may reach even more than 50%.Therefore,the energy saving and consumption reduction of air compressor has become a critical issue to be solved urgently in the textile industry.This paper mainly studies the effects of optimizing energy-saving technology and intake parameter of air pressure unit on operation energy consumption of air compressor unit,while conducting air induction pretreatment design for air compressor units,and conducting energy-saving and economic analysis on operation conditions.First of all,in this paper,some new textile factory air compressor station of xi 'an repeatedly in-depth research,found that the plant air pressure station adopts two sets of air compressor pipe network,gas supply for high and low of subsection pressure,using automatic control technology to reduce the energy consumption of air compressor system,After adopting the energy-saving measures,the system pressure fluctuations were significantly reduced,and the power consumption was reduced,and the operating efficiency of the unit was improved.However,there are still some problems with the system.Based on the test analysis of air compressor unit,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Using ultrasonic flowmeter test frequency conversion air compressor cooling water flow rate,and the plant unit air compressor station frequency conversion air compressor cooling system into the drainage unit temperature,inlet temperature,the gas production test,study the influence of the cooling water temperature on the air compressor,get with the increase of inlet temperature of cooling water,air compressor secondary air inlet temperature and outlet temperature of the air compressor will increase,gas production rate decreases.(2)Test the air compressor of one,two-stage compression inlet and exhaust temperature.gas production rate,power consumption,analysis test results are: 1)as the air compressor is compressed into the exhaust temperature,the air compressor's secondary compression inlet temperature and air compressor exit temperature rise,and the gas production volume decreases.When the moisture content at the same time,air compressor stage compression inlet temperature increase 1?,the gas production volume decreased by 0.05kg/s;2)With the increase of the air inlet temperature of the air compressor,the outlet temperature of the air compressor increases,and the gas production volume decreases.3)with the reduction of the secondary compression exhaust temperature,The air compressor produces more gas;4)with the increase of the temperature difference of the first stage of the compressed air cooling,the air compressor's secondary compression inlet temperature and the outlet temperature of the air compressor all decrease,and the gas production volume increases accordingly;5)with the increase of the temperature difference of the compressed air,the outlet temperature of the air compressor decreases,and the gas production volume increases accordingly.Secondly,studied the inlet parameters,replace the air compressor spare parts and accessories for the influence of the air compressor unit operation.Through the tests of the new and old two factories of the textile industry in xi 'an,using the control variable method to analyze and processing the data,the following conclusion:(1)Test the flow rate,flow rate,pressure and energy consumption of different inspiratory parameters under the fixed frequency air compressor of the old textile factory,and analyze the experimental data: For the fixed-frequency air compressor,when the moisture content is fixed,the temperature has little effect on the power and gas production of the air compressor.When the temperature is fixed,the moisture content has little effect on the power and gas yield of the air compressor.When optimizing the air pressure system,the influence of other factors on the fixed-frequency air compressor can be given priority.(2)Study the influence of intake parameters on the frequency conversion air compressor,and it is concluded that when the temperature is certain,the air volume of air compressor decreases with the increase of moisture content.When the moisture content is certain,the air volume of the air compressor decreases with the increase of temperature.Which can be concluded that: the inlet temperature and humidity will affect air compressor gas production,in actual operation,the air compressor should be as much as possible to reduce the compressor inlet temperature and humidity,increase the air compressor gas production,which is beneficial to reduce the cost of production.With the increase of air inlet temperature of air compressor,the power consumption of air compressor also increases.(3)When the textile air compressor intercooler and old factory repair and maintenance of rotor already cannot satisfy the production requirements,to change,test before and after the change of operation parameters,research and analysis it is concluded that: Replace the old in the middle of the air compressor unit cooler than replacement of the rotor can be a greater degree of reduced the export of the import and export of high pressure air temperature and low pressure air temperature,timely take the unit to the heat generated by the air is compressed,so the sky press temperature is too high and the unit parts cleaning maintenance already cannot satisfy the production requirement,can give priority to adopt measures to replace unit air compressor intercooler.When the water content in the compressed air is large,it will have a bad effect on the operation of the air compressor unit,and the filter element of the dryer should be replaced in time.(4)Test the operation energy consumption of the variable-frequency air compressor,calculating the total efficiency and specific power of the unit,and comparing the total efficiency of the different types of compressor and the power admission value specified by the international standard,the whole efficiency of the unit operation is lower than the allowable value,and the specific power is higher than the allowable value,which indicates that the unit has a low energy utilization ratio,and the production cost of the unit volume of compressed air is relatively high.Finally,the air compressor air intake pretreatment scheme is discussed.Through field research,the air pressure station of a textile factory in xi 'an has high temperature,high noise and high energy consumption during the summer.This topic to research and analyze the plant air pressure system,as the predecessor has a lot of work on evaporative cooling technology,on this basis,this paper choose the intersection dew point indirect evaporative cooling air conditioning unit of air compressor inlet air pretreatment.After theoretical calculation and economic analysis,it is concluded that the investment recovery period is only 1.7 years,which is feasible and effective.
