In recent years,along with the rapid development of science and technology,industrial production equipment also by initial miniaturization and simplification,mechanization,towards large-scale,complicated and intelligent of the direction of development.How to ensure the equipment in the case of safe and reliable to run efficiently,and in the event of a failure to rapidly and accurately locate the fault source and troubleshooting,to improve equipment production efficiency,reduce the loss of significance is significant.In this paper,the tire tread compound extrusion line PLC control system as the research object,by understanding the production line of the production process and related technical indicators,combined with the overall structure and performance characteristics of the control system,summed up the system common fault type,location,and causes.As the tire tread compound extrusion line involves many process variables,and there are still among the different variables inextricably linked,which for the diagnosis of fault reasons and the location of the fault is very difficult to determine.In view of this problem,this paper uses fault diagnosis based on graph theory and fault analysis based on gray relational theory to realize fault diagnosis of extruder.In the method of fault diagnosis based on graph theory,this paper explores the mechanism,method and process of multi-fault diagnosis based on graph theory,and draws the fault on the basis of analyzing the structure and working principle of extruder propagate the directed graph,through the matrix of the fault propagation map,the hierarchical processing to determine the location of the failure and sort,after the completion of sorting according to the priority to determine the fault location.In the fault location method based on grey correlation theory,this article through the analysis of traditional fault location algorithm based on FMEA exist deficiencies,combined with the failure characteristics of extruder,FMEA method is proposed based on grey correlation theory.The method,using the theory of grey correlation algorithms to calculate the grey correlation degree of each fault,and according to the results of calculation of grey correlation degree of each fault in ascending order,to determine the risk of each fault sequence,eventually determine the root cause of the failure modes.Finally,based on the virtual instrument LabVIEW as the development platform,the rubber extruder fault diagnosis system is developed.This system not only enables the use of graph theory algorithms to troubleshoot the extruder but also manages the failure information of the extruder and the associated knowledge base.
