To a certain extent,the variation of female physiological cycle can reflect the female ovulation.The female ovulation is accompanied with the change of human body temperature.Monitoring the temperature during female ovulation can guide women to prepare for pregnancy or contraception.The intimate contact between clothing and human body,as well as good comfort and mobility,make clothing the best carrier for monitoring the temperature of female ovulation.However,the dynamic and static characteristics of female ovulation monitoring temperature have a certain effect on the acquisition,transmission and analysis of temperature signals.Therefore,the design of clothing structure can improve the quality of temperature signal collection during ovulation monitoring.Based on the variation of female ovulation temperature,the factors influencing the quality of temperature signal collection were discussed,especially the static and dynamic factors of temperature signal collection.On the basis of influencing factors,the structure of female ovulation monitoring clothing is optimized in combination with ergonomics.Thus,the stability of the collection of clothing temperature signals for female ovulation monitoring is improved.The research includes the following:Firstly,through the analysis of the principle of female ovulation monitoring and the principle of temperature signal acquisition sensor,the main influencing factors of female ovulation monitoring are determined,and the sensor transmission system(temperature monitor)which can be integrated on the garment is selected well.The static influence factors are selected,such as the selection of monitoring points,the measuring time and attitude,and the dynamic influencing factors: slippage and pressure.Secondly,the influencing factors of female ovulation monitoring were studied experimentally,and the results showed that the single point of left or right axillary spot was selected as the monitoring point.The 5min obtained by statistics of the time of measurement is better.The result of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation shows that the influence of measuring posture on lying flat is small.For the experimental design of slip,it is concluded that the relative displacement between temperature monitor and skin is within a certain range(0-2cm),and the monitoring of temperature signal quality is more stable.For the pressure variation experiment,the stability of temperature signal monitoringis well when the pressure is in 0.5k Pa-2.5k Pa.Thirdly,based on the pressure stability test of the human axilla,the position of the temperature monitor on the garment structure map is located.Based on the requirement of relative displacement of temperature signal acquisition,six clothes with different openings were designed for slip experiment.Finally,the integrated design of garment prototype and temperature monitor is carried out and verified by experiments.It mainly includes slippage test,pressure change experiment and system temperature monitoring experiment.The average slip and pressure between the temperature monitor and the skin were 1.23 cm.The mean pressure is1.157 k Pa.The system temperature monitoring experiment shows that the temperature curve is biphasic,and the temperature difference between high and low temperature ranges is0.452 ?.The experimental results show that the clothing can be used to monitor the temperature of female ovulation and provide some theoretical guidance for women to prepare pregnancy or contraception.The research results in this paper provide a theoretical basis for the overall design of female ovulation monitoring clothing.
