As an indispensable natural resource in human production and life,the development and utilization of water resources and pollution prevention are the basic guarantee of social sustainable development.At present,the quality of water environment in China is not optimistic,and the situation of water pollution prevention and control is very serious.In order to improve the quality of water environment,China has taken the sewage treatment industry as one of the emerging strategic industries of the country,and put forward higher requirements for urban sewage treatment.As an important part of the sewage treatment industry,the stable operation and efficient management of urban sewage treatment plants are of great significance to the improvement of water environment quality.In recent years,the number and treatment performance of sewage treatment plants in China have increased substantially,but there are still many objective shortcomings such as scattered resources,large water quality differences,weak investment,lack of professional guidance and backward management level.There is a lot of room for improvement in the actual operation and management process of sewage treatment plants.In view of the low efficiency,lack of effective supervision and extensive operation mode of sewage treatment plants in our country,this study based on the Internet of Things theory and aimed at sewage treatment informatization,designed an intelligent monitoring system for sewage treatment and applied it in many sewage treatment plants in our province.In this study,the construction of sewage treatment intelligent monitoring system is carried out from three layers: perception layer,network layer and application layer,and the core technology and key content of the construction and operation of sewage treatment intelligent monitoring system are mainly studied.Intelligent monitoring system for sewage treatment can realize the goal of digitalization,intensification and intellectualization of management through centralized management and control of the three main links of input,production and discharge of several sewage treatment plants in the region;through key production indicators(such as water quantity,water quality,unit consumption,etc.)and production operation data(such as setting up).Automatic acquisition,remote monitoring and intelligent early warning of spare switching quantity,current,voltage,etc.The system can realize the fine management and control of wastewater treatment plant production process,and achieve the purposes of standardized management,energy saving and consumption reduction,staff reduction and efficiency enhancement.Taking Jiamusi East District Sewage Treatment Plant of Longjiang Environmental Protection Group as an example,this research uses KDC Data Acquisition Program(client)and KDS Data Acquisition Program(server)to collect the underlying data,and uses VPN network built by firewall to transmit the collected data to KingHistorian of headquarters.The data in the industrial database is applied to the intelligent monitoring system of sewage treatment informatization.The system completes the secondary development of industrial configuration and data link through KingGraphic and KingScada.At the same time,the system display interface is optimized by using C# and.net programming languages.Finally,the production dynamic monitoring and remote dispatching of Jiamusi East Sewage Treatment Plant are realized,and the working conditions and index parameters of each link in the field are grasped in real time,as well as the unit consumption(power consumption,drug consumption,etc.).By comparing and analyzing the data indicators before and after the application of the system,it is proved that the system can save energy and reduce labor costs,and provide strong support for improving the fine management of sewage treatment plants.Intelligent monitoring system of wastewater treatment information based on Internet of Things can provide a complete solution of digitalization and informatization of wastewater treatment for the operation and management of wastewater treatment plants,effectively enhance the supervisory and production dispatching capabilities of managers at all levels of wastewater treatment plants,and then improving the technical management level of sewage treatment enterprises.At the same time,we should optimize the management mode of sewage treatment and provide a good working basis for the supervision,guidance and management of governments at all levels.
