Improved water quality by piscatorial technology has been played a significant role in management of eutrophication water.Water regulatory formulation is able to achieve the goal that improved utrophication water quality as a newly technology.We can follow the steps,as ensuring planning water bodies—investigating background of water physical and chemical index and surrounding environments—designing specific water regulatory formulation—evaluating the application effect,by which we could get the access to process the integrated management trials of three types water bodies that located successively in Changchun lake of Qixia city,Gushan reservoir of Weihai city and Sanlihe river of Lijin county in Shandong province.We selected temperature?T?,pH value?PH?,potassium permanganate index(CODMn),ammonium?NH4+-N?,nitrite?NO2--N?,nitrate?NO3-N?,total nitrogen?TN?,total phosphorus?TP?,reactive phosphate(PO43--P)and chlorophyll a?Chl-a?to test and choose the method of TLI?trophic level index?to estimate the water's trophic status.Futhermore,we also inspect the pecies composition and biomass of plankton,benthic animals and aquatic plants lived in water areas.The results of present study indicated that?1?In April 2017,the total score of Changchun lake of Qixia city,Gushan reservoir of Weihai city and Sanlihe river of Lijin county is 56.13?it is equivalent to slight eutrophic water body?,49.30?it is equivalent to severe mesotrophic water body?and 47.87?it is equivalent to moderate mesotrophic water body?,respectively;?2?It is only 1.38 g/m2 benthal individuals that lived in Changchun lake of Qixia city,and periphytic algae mainly located in the rock substrate at the bay of reservoir.Nevertheless,macroohytes'biomass is a few.There also have3.7×105cells/L phytoplankton biomass in Gushan reservoir of Weihai city,including conical cystis,conifers,and dictylodes;Furthermore,abundant of freshwater mussels lived in Shore,offshore rock foundation and bottom of reservoir.Our study has been detected five phyla that including twelve species in Sanlihe river of Lijin county,and the mean of their density and the biomass of them is 6.07x106ind/L and 0.79 mg/L,respectively.The biomass of benthal individuals is just 3.05 g/m2;There have 0.35 g/m2 periphytic algae inserted into the concrete revetment and gravel distributed at phytal zone of Sanlihe river.It is also suggest that the biomass and coverage of macroohytes is 1385 g/m2,40%in turn.?3?Design of water regulatory formulation:We adopt correct countermeasure that filtering-feeding fish?Silver carp:100±20g/ind.,about 300 thousand individuals;Bighead carp:100±20g/ind.,about 50thousand individuals?associated with hydrophyte?Planting water hyacinth in ecological floating bed:about 1000 m2?to purified water in Changchun lake of Qixia city.Gushan reservoir of Weihai city has been managed by the methods followed as filtering-feeding fish associated with carnivorous fishes?Silver carp:100±20 g/ind.,about 400 thousand individuals.Bighead carp:100±20 g/ind.,about 50 thousand individuals.Common carp:150280g/ind.,about 20 thousand individuals.Black carp:150280 g/ind.,about 10 thousand individual?;Prophase pattern named control of grass cooperated?silver carp:100±20g/ind.,about 20 thousand individuals;bighead carp:100±20 g/ind.,about 20 thousand individuals;common carp:100±20 g/ind.,about 20 thousand individuals;crucian:50±5g/ind.,about 20 thousand individuals;black carp:150280 g/ind.,about 10 thousand individual;grass carp:200±50 g/ind.,about 120 thousand individuals?with anaphase landscape mode?the proportion of both ree and nymphaea rubra are about 500 m2in river,and that of both iris sibiricain and water hyacinth are also about 500 m2 in Cuiyuan lake?has applied to Sanlihe river of Lijin county.?4?Exposition of application effect:The water quality of Changchun lake has been regained from V classification to III-IV classification,Our study suggested that the production of fish,the mass of water hyacinth and the biomass of removed phycophyta is 3.5×105 kg,5.0×104 kg and 1.2×106 kg,respectively.Fish has been removed3000 kg TN and 600 kg TP,while that number of the contribution of water hyacinth is 800 kg and 160 kg.The water quality of Gushan reservoir in Weihai city has been fallen to slight mesotrophic condition with lower n:p ratio without any feeding.The production of fish and the biomass of removed phycophyta is 4.0×105 kg and 1.6×106 kg,respectively.Fish has been removed 4000 kg TN and 800kg TP.Sanlihe river of Lijin county has been regained and kept to II classification,The biomass of removed water caltrop by grass carp is 3.6×106 kg except died one per month.Fish has been removed 2000kg TN and 400 kg TP,while that number of the contribution of ecological floating bed is 1600 kg?44.44%?and 160 kg?47.09%?.
