Black and smelly water has become a chronic disease affecting the healthy development of cities.Since the promulgation of the National "Ten Water Measures",all regions have taken active measures to control black and smelly water.2020 is a year for the treatment of black and smelly water.How is the treatment effect and the implementation effect of the project should be analyzed and evaluated,and experience and lessons should be summarized,so as to further carry out better urban water environment treatment.In this paper,a typical urban river south guanlan river basin(longhua section)as an example,based on November,2017 to May 2020 river basin water quality to evaluate urban interannual black smelly water controlling,and to push the river to a higher standard of water quality protection,more reliable disaster prevention and control ability,cleaner water environment quality,more beautiful hydrophilic ecological landscape and more active green economy:(1)Combined with the local database,detailed analysis the situation and causes of Guanlan River Basin(Longhua section)black smelly water.The results indicated 22 tributary are black smelly water,the mean value of DO(dissolved oxygen)is 4.95 mg/L,mean value of ammonia nitrogen is 15.44 mg/L,mean value of ORP(oxidation reduction potential)is 247.18 mv,mean value of SD(transparent)is 25.49 cm.The main source of pollution comes from the pollutant release from domestic sewage directly discharged into rivers and river sediment.The total ammonia nitrogen pollution load is 14.20t/d,and the water environment capacity of the basin is low,only 0.072t/d.(2)Measures have been taken to reduce exogenous pollution,such as drainage improvement,rain and sewage diversion,and sewage plant upgrading.Measures have been taken to remove sediment from the river,and ecological water replenishment projects have been completed.Pollutants in the river have been effectively reduced,and the total ammonia nitrogen load has been reduced by 10901.1t.(3)Based on the National Standard of Black and Smelly Water,this paper evaluates the treatment effect of black and smelly water in Longhua District in recent years.At present,black and smelly water in Guanlan River Basin(Longhua section)has been completely eliminated.Based on the Surface water Category V Standard,and on the basis of physical and chemical indexes(DO,COD),nutrient salt indexes(ammonia nitrogen,TP)and other indexes(fluoride,anionic surfactant),the water quality status of the basin is further studied,and it is concluded that some rivers in the Guanlan River Basin(Longhua section)meet the surface water Category V standard.Based on the generalized exponent method of logarithmic power function,the eutrophication degree of water in the basin is studied,and it is concluded that the eutrophication level of Guanlan River Basin(Longhua section)is generally severe.
