In recent years,footwear industry has become an essential part of our country's economic industry,which is the backbone of the global footwear production,but our country's shoe making enterprises still adopt the traditional mode of production which still need to be improved.However,with the rapid development of computer technique and the introduction of "Internet +",the vigorous development of the virtual reality technology and the increasing demand of people for personalization,the traditional mode of production there will be many problems,such as low customer satisfaction,resource waste.Therefore,the transformation of traditional production methods is particularly important.This topic applies virtual reality technology and the Unity3 D game engine to the filed of3 D shoe making,putting forward a customized system to suit individual needs,which is of great significance for the development of shoe industry.This topic implements the design of a three-dimensional custom shoe system from two aspects: the construction of a three-dimensional shoe model and the Unity engine.The construction of the three-dimensional shoe model includes two parts: data information collection and three-dimensional modeling.Among them,the bipedal data information is obtained by an image-based A4 paper bipedal acquisition method.First,the skin color threshold extraction is performed.Then the Sobel edge detection operator and Prewitt edge detection operator are compared,and the Sobel algorithm is proposed.The outline images of the bipedal and A4 papers were extracted,followed by the boundary points of the A4 paper and the boundary points of the bipeds.Finally,the bipedal data information was obtained through the proportional relationship.Maya modeling software includes a variety of commonly used modeling methods,such as polygonal modeling,NURBS modeling,subdivision modeling,and sculpting modeling.Combining the advantages of each modeling method,this paper proposes the use of a combination of polygonal and subdivision modeling techniques to construct the shoe model.The built-up shoe model needs to be exported into the FBX format file and imported into the Unity3 D engine.The 3D custom shoe system uses the Unity3 D game engine as a platform and implements the Asset Bundle to pack texture maps using the Shader rendering technology to implement real-time texture replacement for the shoe's basic components.The UGUI technology is used to set up the system interface.In the Monodevelop editor that comeswith the Unity3 D engine,the C# script language is used to realized the human-computer interaction function.Use the Web GL technology to publish to Internet,enabling users to design and browse 3D custom shoes through the browser.Through the testing and analysis of the experimental results,it is shown that the three-dimensional customized shoe system can realize personalized customization of the shoes on the website and meet the demand of the concept of personalized customization concepts.
