In the present study,the water samples of the three escape canals of Xiao river,Wangyanggou river and Shijinqu river were selected as study objects.Based on the determination of phytoplankton community indexes and water quality indexes,the acute toxicity and subacute toxicity effects of the above three water samples on Zebrafish were studied.The ecological risk of Zebrafish in three escape canals was evaluated by comprehensive biomarker response index method.The results showed that:1)The phytoplankton species were all three major categories: Chlorophyta,Cyanophyta and Bacillariophyta in the three escape canals.According to the evaluation of lake eutrophication,the above three escape canals were all eutrophic water bodies.According to the Shannon-Wiener diversity index and the Pielou evenness index evaluation,the Xiao river and Shijinqu river were medium-heavy pollution,Wangyanggou river was moderate pollution.According to the surface water evaluation standards,the three escape canals were all inferior V water bodies.According to the classification standard of urban black-odor water body,there were no black-odor phenomenon in the three escape canals.According to Pearson correlation analysis,transparency,COD,TN and lead were the main water quality affecting the phytoplankton community of the three escape canals.2)When Zebrafish exposed to Xiao river,MDA content showed a trend of "N" type change.T-AOC showed a trend of "V" type change.XOD activity showed a trend of "Z" type change.AKP activity showed a trend of "N" type change.-SH content showed a trend of "N" type change.3)When Zebrafish exposed to Wangyanggou river,MDA content showed a trend of "M" type change.T-AOC showed a trend of inverted "N" type change.XOD activity showed a trend of inverted "N" type change.AKP activity showed a trend of inverted "V" type change.-SH content showed a trend of "V" type change.4)When Zebrafish exposed to Shijinqu river,SOD activity showed a trend of "W" type change.MDA content showed a trend of "V" type change.T-AOC showed a trend of "N" type change.LDH activity showed a trend of inverted "V" type change.CAT activity showed a trend of inverted "N" type change.5)The IBR values of Zebrafish exposed to Xiao river,Wangyanggou river and Shijinqu river were between 0.639~8.754,1.353~9.289 and 0.904~12.738,respectively. |
