With the continuous development and performance improvement of ground penetrating weapons,there are huge demand for the improvement of protective engineering materials.For current protection engineering materials,how to resist penetration and explosion is a hot research direction.The ultra high performance cement-based composite materials of the high strength and high performance based on inorganic non-metallic materials,preparation of different proportion and enhancement of ultra-high performance cementitious composites target method,the multiple penetration experiment and penetration explosion coupling experiment,and the experiment of computer numerical simulation,obtained some valuable research results.The principle of ultra high performance cement-based composite materials is based on the preparation of the five target.There are five targets,respectively,are made of regular concrete,aggregate reinforced,fiber reinforced and fiber-aggregate reinforced ultra high performance cement-based composite materials.Five targets are tested under multiple penetration,the failure pattern of the target are recorded,the measurement of the penetration depth and crater area too.Based on these parameters on different target of anti penetration performance comparison,analysis of the similarities and differences between different target penetration resistance,describes the aggregate fiber reinforced cement composite target with the principle of anti penetration of the optimal times.The failure modes,penetration depths,crater sizes and other parameters of different targets were compared in the numerical simulation of repeated penetration using ANSYS-AUTODYN software.Similarities and differences between experimental and simulation results were studiedBased on optimized and simplified material proportions,two kinds of single-layer and multi-layer ultra-high performance cementitious composite targets were prepared.Then penetration-explosion coupling experiments were carried on.Failure patterns of the targets were analyzed and compared.Once again,the ANSYS-AUTODYN software is used to simulate the detonation coupling.The physical quantities such as damage shape,damage depth,opening size and pressure time history curve are studied.
